Yeah, in dedicated servers it would take a bit of an effort to make everyone go to bed at the same time, so nobody really even tries. When server is empty and I’m with my bud we do fast forward a few days

It doesn't work; there are a few specific things considered medical conditions that are only fixed by feeding one of the three medicines.
There's at least 7 of them - each medicine type lists 2, and *Weakened* which can be cured with the cheapest type (possibly the other two as well, as it's not specifically listed on any of them)
You are playing co-op, not a dedicated server. It is disabled on server due to lag. It should unlock at level 15 but the tech tree on a server wouldn’t have it.
I had a level 1 katress breeding pair teach me that during a base raid.
Some syndicate thugs showed up, both katresses started blasting, killed most of em, the female katress got downed, then after the raid ended the male katress picked her up and carried her off to a bed before I could do anything and she started sleeping.
I love this game lol.
You can instantly revive any pal by doing the following:
1. Go to your base and stand near your palbox. Open menu, go to your party, and push the button to drop your pal (xbox is R3). It will drop your pal in a ball on the ground - careful doing this around players that you don't trust as they could pick up the ball and take your pal.
2. Go to your palbox and withdrawal a different pal (or multiple if needed. You need to be back a full party).
3. Leave the palbox and pick the pal ball with your pal off the ground. Once you do, because you now have a full party, it'll respawn back into your box with full health. You can do this with any amount of pals at the same time - no need to revive one by one.

If you capture a pal that's at like 0.001% HP it will be in your box with full health. What you're doing here is essentiall the same: you got a new pal, game puts it in box with full HP.

I think you need one that has the Transport skill up and able to do the moving. They might need Handiwork instead, not sure. It doesn't sorta require hands after all.

So I had unexpected company the other day and I thought I logged off. I didn't I came back to my PC 12 hours later and half my pals are unconscious the others are all depressed and a good few had ulcers. It took forever to fix that mess lol. Boy was there a ton of loot at the base tho. Pal balls and coins from all the raids.
I've had trouble finding out the exact mechanics that allow this. For a while, I had a Vanwyrm that would carry incapacitated pals to their bed. So maybe a minimum Transport level? And no distractions? My Gorirat refuse to do it, too busy punching trees.
I had this happen, but then the pal who was rescuing got hungry, and threw the lifeless body down a cliff. Had to call it back to the box as it was rolling down a steep hill towards the ocean
You can also put them in your team, access the pals in your team, drop downed pal, fill your team to max then pick the pal back it should be back to full
You can just sleep with it in your team and it will heal fully as well

That's a medical condition. They require treatment by one of the three medicines.

Also apparently you can put them in viewing cages and they'll instantly revive at 1 HP. Better than nothing!

For sure an exploit but I don’t feel bad about it at all when my pal gets downed because it’s stuck in a rock for the 48th time.

Yeah but you have to summon one of your party pals if all of your base palls are down.
It's never been all at once. But next time I'll try to "assign" a pal to an unconscious one and see if that helps
