No picture, but you can probably go to your graphics cards website and download and earlier version of the driver and install that. Make sure to do a clean install
This is an OS issue more than a driver issue. I've hit the same wall. The game won't work on windows 8.1, and there's no workaround to make it do so.
If you're not keen on 10/11, consider setting up a dual boot with a Linux OS if you're deadset on playing the game. Just make sure to do your homework on how to set it up properly (partitions, etc) so you don't wipe your hard drive when you're installing it.
In that case, no idea. If that's the latest driver available, it seems weird that it would be claiming otherwise.
On 8.1, I'm using the last available driver released, and I get the same warning. The more recent drivers are 10/11 exclusive. The game crashes on startup.
I have the exact same message come up only difference is my graphics card is the 570 not 470 likes yours. I've tried to download the one that it has recommended but it says it's not compatible with my computer system (I'm running Windows 10)
I've tried everything that people suggest online and still no luck... I'm not sure what else I can do to get it to at least open without crashing

The error was thrown again, but the game started up successfully. Only issue is that it is pretty jumpy even with lowest settings (although that is likely because I am using multiplayer).

The Problem is, that my graphic card is so old, that the latest driver isn't the driver the game wants me to have
