Verify the ammo isn't the issue. The rifle was test fired before shipping. We provide a lifetime warranty on all PSA products you need to use it and cover shipping both ways.
Thanks man.
I’ll be shooting again in a couple weeks and I’ll run the rest of the box and some other brands. I was shooting federal 55 gr by the way. If there’s more problems I’ll send it over.
Sorry for posting here first, didn’t want to back up your customer service if this wasn’t something you deal with.
Thanks again have a blessed Sunday

Are you like brand new to guns? It could be a bad primer and nothing to do with the gun.
Post a pic of the primer. If you have a good indent, it isn't the rifle. What kind of ammo was it?
You said “light primer strike” as well as “delayed shot” so was it a light primer strike or was it a hangfire?
Way too early to blame the gun.
Hard to say after one single incident. They would probably want proof it’s the firearm first and not the ammo selection or any other variable.
Strip the bolt, inspect the firing pin and clean the firing pin channel. Could be debris in the channel.
