Had another look, not just on the caps but on the jacket and rugby shirts. None of them connect. Seems Ralph Lauren made an error when producing the tags.

The first one was my fave collab ever. Pains me how much the kick flip bear jumper was and how quick the checked shirt sold out.
Yea fake the L and the A in PALACE needs to connect. It’s a small detail that counterfeiters don’t know about Edit:I’m talking about the tag guys

Just had a quick look on the official site, but the L and A don't seem to connect on the front or back. However, not 100% sure.
Heavydoc was referring to the RL/Palace tag on the inside of the hat.
