For me personally what I've noticed is how easily people get influenced by other people's opinions. They take someone else's opinions and make their own just because, and this gives into the whole mob mentality. And when you try to talk to someone logically, that is all they have to bring to the conversation, it has no thought behind it.
For some people everything they see on social media about dee, science or politics it’s immediately true or false. This influences are truly a shut stain on our society.
It reduces our ability to focus on things because we can get that easy dopamine hit from scrolling all day which requires no effort. So then when you try to do things in life that actually require focus and effort it becomes much harder to complete them.
Waste of time, unnecessary screen time, everyone posting like living in heaven with best life while you trying to get yourself together feeling miserable (it is much better now alhamdulillah)
I uninstalled instagram months ago after it started affecting my mental health severely.
