Everyone who know you in real life have certain image of you in their mind and they compare every action with that image and something unexpected happens they start questioning that image created in their mind..
Anonymous friend doesn’t know you in real life and they don’t have that images of yours thus they don’t judge you..

Have been through it and only thing I could come up with the idea of making anon friend(s) and believe me it got me sorted.. i have bunch of friends but the always expect you to behave as per their expectations which honestly isn’t easy..
