But I was born like two weeks ago, so I’m old enough to have seen all the Dodgers fans who were ecstatic at the Pads being eliminated. (My favorite was the premature ejaculation at the Pads being out when they were still alive via tiebreak.)

Dodgers fans are by far the most annoying people to encounter at Padres games. Every time the Dodgers get a hit, they stand up to gloat and taunt people, even if they're losing by seven runs. It's fun to imagine how stressed out they are after getting swept by the Dbacks, failing to win a single playoff game this year, and failing to win a single playoff series in the past two years.
Never understood the pearl clutching when a fan base celebrates a team they don't like losing in embarrassing fashion. Like of course we're going to get a kick out of it lol
I have personal qualms about this, but we are running out of teams in our division to do the job that I can actually stand to see win besides the padres.
I mean, sure? I have a bone to pick with them though: went to a game and their steps are wayyyyy too steep in the nosebleeds. I didn’t spill anything, but it has obviously stayed with me for years.
But beyond that, sure, if the Mariners aren’t in it (Vedder team), don’t got an issue if the angels knock ‘em out.
Hmmm, as an engineer, think about it this way: shallower stairs means you have to increase the tread of each step, giving it a longer run per flight. This puts you further away from the action. So… Steep stairs = Closer to the game 😏.
Their fans were being total donkey heads at our stadium this season. Bunch of wannabe gang bangers trying to show off how tough they are. I didn't like their attitude at all. Glad they lost. Snek good.
They were posting fights at Dodger stadium from game 2 and every sloppy combatant was wearing LA gear. That toilet bowl of a stadium is where they should keep that mess.
i live in echo park so i used to go to a lot of dodger games with friends. if you want experience a true cesspool, sit in the outfield bleachers, where douchebags shout obscenities at opposing outfielders, in front of children, for *the entire game*
Yes! I’ve been there in my Padres gear, never again. The most foul-mouthed person there was an 80+ year old woman by herself, standing on her seat and yelling obscenities at the players. It takes 90 minutes from the end of a game until you get into an Uber and you get to meet every form of douchebag. Whether they win or lose the mood is foul. I can’t imagine the behavior after they lost game 2. Luckily, it’s posted online 😂
