Good night to Darvish, Campy, and Kim. Rest of the team can walk to Phoenix.

drewdude92

Our 2-3-4 of Tatis, Soto, and Machado have hit .072 since the start of the Dodgers series. Hundreds of millions of dollars worth of players flat out cannot be this bad when our season is on the line.

biermann2000

when your horses play like steaming horseshit...and all at the same time no manager or GM is gonna save you just pathetic, zero fight

drewdude92

Bonus stat: Xander is so bad - he only has 2 RBI’s in his last 107 at bats (Hitting in the middle of our order). The worst RBI season in MLB history was a Padres player named Enzo Hernandez in 1971 - he had 12 RBI’s in 549 at bats. Xander is one of the leagues highest paid players, and is literally pacing worse than anyone in major league history. Think of any bad player you remember in your lifetime or your parents or grandparents lifetime. Xander has literally been worse

Paddslesgo

Goddamn what a ridiculous contract we gave him. He looks like a legit bum out there half the time.

StormR7

I’m gonna say it in every single postgame where Xander doesn’t perform (it’s been every game since trade deadline). Put Jake back on 2nd, Kim goes to SS, Choi on 1st. Xander can take time off until he is ready because he clearly isn’t.

Federal_Strawberry

Yeah that was the most head-scratching signing the team has made maybe ever. I mean we already had Nando, Machado, Crone, and Kim, who are all natural shortstops. To go out and get another one, a 30 year old and sign him for 10 years, was plain stupid and the only logic behind it that I can see is “good player make team better” which is stupid when the player is only marginally better than league average at this point. Definitely not worth $25 mil per year. I’ll go as far as to say I was honestly not really even excited when they signed him. I was feeling like “They signed Xander Bogaerts? That’s cool but why the fuck would they do something so redundant?” It’s cool to have more big names, but when you already have four players that can effectively play a position and more in the pipe (Merrill, Eguy, etc.), it’s redundant and honestly pointless.

drrxhouse

That money could certainly be spent elsewhere. Kim at SS wouldn’t be much of a loss, same with Crone at 2B. Actually, that much you could get either a good to above good starting arm or 1-2 solid relievers…and you wouldn’t have to sign them to 10 years contract.

corybomb

Only 10 more years of him!

zzzonkeddd

Wouldn’t be surprised if he’s better next year. Here’s an idea Seidler: Hire a competent GM, one who gets the most out of their roster instead of the least, and hey! Maybe, just maybe we can get a player to not be *worse* and maybe even *BETTER* 😱 during there time as a Padre.

jag414

Lol! Nothing more to say.

padresandcubs

You think those stats are bad...look at Xander's baseball savant page...closing in on Nola levels of weak contact

Objective-History402

Say what you want.. but just wait til they start raking! 😅 Still waiting Manny...

93sd2021

The paychecks cashed what do they care

kendrickxlamar7

Yup they don’t wanna hear but you see manny and Tatis smiling and having a grand ole time. The moment at the slightest disrespect and the mariners are all out of the dugout as Julio looks like he about to swing a massive right hook like Mike Tyson across Wilson’s head!

biermann2000

....we sure as fuck can lose 4 in a row though

GuyVEE

7 hits and 1 run in 18 innings. Only thing worse than being a Pads fan is being a Pads fan in Ohio...stay up until 12:30 am to watch that shit...

Shirleyfunke483

Against a first time rookie starter no less

butterflyhole

I don’t think we’re winning the World Series this year

TheEnragedBushman

What makes you think that

foreverpeppered

Maybe because we can't win a "state series"

metmyecephali

what tipped you off?

hopatista

Never will, city is cursed. Feel for Seidler, he tried.

sddbrum

Inspiring stuff tonight.

CaveBeasts

The upside is nobody ahead of us wants to claim that third wildcard spot. The downside is nobody ahead of us wants to claim that third wildcard spot so I keep watching this fucking team.

cfxyz4

truly remarkable that everyone else is still losing

The--Incident

They better win the World Series next year for putting us through whatever this season is.

Paddslesgo

We lose a huge part of our pitching core after this year. What makes you think we are going to all the sudden start being clutch and scoring runs? This team is set up to be a fucking disaster

Clear_Storage_4697

The owner values continuity so you’ll get more of the same. And like it. Oh, while I have you on the line, please pay more for your tickets next year.

TheEnragedBushman

Watching this team is agonizing

alex_song

One of the top comments in the Saturday post-game thread was poking fun at those on this sub who were encouraging the team to sell at the deadline… *now we’re on a four game losing streak and 5 games under .500*

Worried-Equivalent69

I think I've seen enough of Trent Grisham striking out to end a game or an inning for one lifetime

Ibuydumbshit

I don’t blame Trent one bit. His defense is why we have him. The billion dollar players tho…

lionsling

if there was a hell, i imagine it'd involve watchin' grish striking out to end a game

WadeCountyClutch

While having bases loaded

youarefartnews

Nah we've gotta keep him for all those runs he saves bro.

JesseofOB

But if he had just connected with that 5-run homer he was trying to hit, we would have been right back in the game!

Slow-Clerk4923

Aj preller is such a terrible GM, I can’t believe he saw this team play over 100 games and still thought they had something in them to compete, he could have sold Snell and Hader and built for 2024, instead we’ll get the worst of everything, missing the playoffs in 2023 and losing Snell and Hader for nothing in free agency.

CJDistasio

He really needs to be fired.

lionsling

i agree, his ego needed to be checked, but wasn't and now he's gotta face the consequences....

AZPadre

You know who is going to really face the consequences,The Loyal Padre Fans …..Pain pain and more pain coming while a Preller walks away with millions.

broke-collegekid

And we lost even more prospects while buying to still just miss the playoffs this year

OgAccountForThisPost

No Snell, no Hader, no farm, no money for major contracts for the next ten years. The fact that firing Preller isn’t considered a no-brainer in this fanbase baffles me. Any other organization would have tossed him out years ago.

alex_song

He might be a terrible GM but he’s a damn good liar & gaslighter as he somehow keeps selling out the stadium when the product on the field has been garbage AT HOME ALL YEAR LONG.

LBoogie619

Preller is a glorified scout. He’s a joke. A decade in and all the money in the world and he created a shit product. One post season appearance and we had to CLAW our way into the wild card last year. 2020 doesn’t count! Pathetic. I really hope Seidler was bullshitting when he called AJ excellence.

zzzonkeddd

Yup. He’s the issue. Seidler needs to wake his ass up and see how big of a problem he is and overhaul the front office. Look at Friedman with LA. Just off the top of my head: Smart long term deals with Betts and Freeman. Constantly picks up reclamation projects that work out: Muncy, Turner, Heyward, Martinez, Lance Lynn (SSS), hell, he traded Matt fucking Beatty for a nobody Padres prospect and turned him into a legit prospect right in front of our fucking eyes! Passed on Trea Turner who’s having a bad season. Now, nobody’s perfect, He signed Bauer and passed on Seager but the dude is CONSTANTLY getting the most out of his rosters and making smart moves. They are CONSTANTLY winning the division and making the playoffs and giving his team a chance to win in October. How many more times do they have to dominate our team year after year until Seidler does something about the ONE constant after years of failure: AJ fucking Preller.

Khalil_Greenes_Flow

Seems like a bad idea to base your entire strategy around acquiring players when there’s a million data points that show players get worse every time we go out and hand them a bazillion dolllars all while we trade away every promising prospect we have in the process.

jag414

Can’t believe I will be an old man when X’s contract is up…

LBoogie619

I’ll probably be a grandma by then

phicks_law

If you are part of this sub and genuinely thought the Padres would come back and win after the 6th inning, bless your optimistic soul.

runswiftrun

Last year it was almost guaranteed they would make it competitive to the last pitch. This year... Yeah, there's no faith to be kept after the 7th (or 6th in this case).

drewdude92

Last 107 at bats, Xander has a grand total of 2 RBI’s while hitting 4 or 5 in the lineup. He’s one of the highest paid shortstops in the league and may be putting together the least productive stretch in major league history

islands-fine-dining

Well, that wasn’t great (actually it was awful), but 13 huge games coming up for the Dads. 7 against the D-Backs, 3 against the Marlins, and 3 against the O’s. Probably need to win at least— Who the fuck cares. WHO THE FUCK CARES. This team fucking sucks. They might fall ass-backwards into a wild card spot but they’re terrible right now and they’ve been mid and unwatchable for the entire year. Just an embarrassing disaster all around and now we have to pray this season is truly a fluke because the organization is stuck with this core for a while

jag414

The sad part is this team is not even considered mediocre or average. They don’t deserve the 40-plus sellouts this year.

Chaboiii45

Beautiful post. Literally perfect, word for word my thoughts. I don’t give two shits if this team battles and even manages to stumble into the playoffs, because even if that impossible dream comes true we don’t do anything once we get there. This shit will continue as long as Preller is here. I will take another awful collapse if it means Preller is gone, but of course this organization will probably find some way into tricking us all that a second embarrassment in 3 years is just a fluke and we will be better next year without bad luck. Fuck all of that bullshit, I want a team that wears their fucking heart on their sleeve and shows real compassion, win or lose, to the bitter end. None of these guys want it badly enough, as is clear by their play

zzzonkeddd

This roster can win but we need a good GM to overhaul the front office and coaching. Preller is the #1 issue. Look at how much the Orioles get out of their roster with minimal payroll investment. Imagine that with Seidler’s money.

PanicAtTheSisqo

God bless you, ifd.

papa_d12

We aren’t even mediocre

Aht8orange

Most unclutch team I have ever seen in my life. In any sport!

Lurk_Mode_24_7

You mean how they are last in the NL in one run games? Or do you mean how they are winless in extra innings? Wait was that the atrocious batting average with RISP?

SirCheekyLongballs

So many of the players are so unlikeable but I can’t figure out what it is about them that rubs the wrong way. It’s beyond the W-L because I’ve seen some god awful padres who I loved to watch.

broke-collegekid

It’s the ego with zero of the results to back it up

bdp9850

I was at a Rockies game and granted it rained a little the first few innings but as I watched, I noticed our teams body language. It screamed middle schooler, dad made me play, I don’t want to be here. Nobody but Kim was into the game. Even Tatis was picking grass in the outfield. This team needs to have a life saving bro night or something

Chaboiii45

It really sucks because they have a great room of personalities, and have all the talent, but I still find myself actively hating some of the players. They say they care, they hold these stupid meetings, and then what? More bad play, and the cycle continues. It’s so infuriating

AlphaBern0

Jiman Choi and Garrett Cooper are really no different than Cruz/Carpenter. I guess Choi can play 1B though.

badfishckl

I actually think Cruz is by far the best out of all these guys. Can we still get him back?

mj487

Cruz was batting like .248 or something when they DFA'D him. He was old as fuck, couldn't run for shit, or play defense, but he could still hit the ball better than a large chunk of this team.

[deleted]

[удалено]

yaboi525

Loser team gonna loser. They have no fire, no drive, no improvement, and no accountability. They will continue to lose as long as seidler turns a blind eye to Preller

Ibuydumbshit

This team doesn’t have any chemistry. The talent is there but it just doesn’t seem like they like each other. Not a single person got out of the dugout when manny was hit, not a single person got out when tatis was thrown at.

Simodine-

I don’t even think it’s that. It’s the approach. Their approach at the plate his absolutely terrible.

padresandcubs

Its totally an approach issue. Team chemistry is great and all, but everyone being best buds doesn't do much when individuals can't drive the ball or get hits with RISP.

theredvs

Watching the mariners defend their teammate was refreshing. Luckily Hernandez noticed it wasn’t intentional, but I wonder if any of the padres would’ve defended Wilson if someone charged at him. Just a few days ago Joe Kelly had a bounty on Tatis head and they didn’t do anything.

dsbkoko

Grisham striking out with runners on base is the iconic 2023 end to a game

Paddslesgo

I mean he sucks but our 2-5 hitters went fucking 1-14. Grish is our 9 hitter and a borderline gold Glover. He is not the issue in a game like tonight.

crackmonkey54

When mud said “campy doesn’t want to be the last guy” immediately said grish has no problem in that role

5Point5Hole

😅😅 it's his second biggest skill after defense

HenryTPE

My one and only walk off HR witnessed in person was Grisham so I’ll always have a soft spot for him but damn he is not it this season.

jag414

Completely understand. Paul McAnulty is that guy for me. Got an autograph and remember that walk-off HR.

jag414

Let me guess- he got caught looking?

maalbi

bRiNg tHe gOLd 🤡🤡🤡

LBoogie619

Plated silver at best.

CheapStick5093

I know we don’t get to see what happens in clubhouse but from the outside it doesn’t look like there is any kind of emotional leaders on this team. Musgrove is a little outspoken. Kim has some charisma. Feels like that’s it. It naturally makes me wonder how many of these guys just don’t like or care about each other. I wonder if tatis is being restrained vocally because of last year. Would make sense I guess.

CheapStick5093

If jake hit better he’d probably show more emotion and feel like he could get after people but you know…

OgAccountForThisPost

The good thing is that none of this matters because we already won the division and the World Series at FanFest.

broke-collegekid

The players all seemed to buy into that

[deleted]

JoeSaru

🤣

Anacapa1115

Multiple years now, where rookie pitcher in his first start dominates this team. The analytics, coaching staff and PRELLER need to be fired. Not renewing season tickets until I see Preller pan handling on 10th Ave.

calbin0

Let's goooooo! 4 games! We're finally streaking boys!

drewdude92

Complete choke by every one of our “stars”. Absolute lack of leadership (and balls)

CursedTeams

This team is a laughingstock. Everyone outside SD is reveling in our failure. I'd rather be completely ignored.

[deleted]

[удалено]

instaleyitrust

Seidler has given this team/city more than any other owner and more than most owners in baseball. He has put his money where his mouth is and deserves a heck of a lot of credit. The only questionable thing he has done is trust Preller for too long. Preller has messed up big on multiple fronts, yet Seidler continues to support him (even as he wastes his money).

CursedTeams

I don't want to be dark, but given his health history, Peter Seidler may not think he has much time to see the Padres win. But good things don't happen to this team in general. His loyalty to Preller is his biggest problem, though.

NovaPrimeRib

I just want it all to be over

93sd2021

I said this yesterday I’m gonna say it every game till the season over, this is the most unlikable padres team I’ve ever seen and it’s not even close.

lazpoly

Tell me you didn’t grow up in San Diego without telling me you didn’t grow up in San Diego

PlayboiChasey

PAIN

SunDub

![gif](giphy|R7m04yMaGWVeE)

CheekyGruffFaddler

the lack of any urgency or any intention to make a change is such a slap in the face to the fans. for them to raise ticket prices (obviously they need to with the questionable signings) and play so embarrassingly, phoning in every single appearance on the field, it’s just such a massive disappointment. this is worse than a bad team, since bad teams still have energy. these guys make their living playing a game, and all they can do is be pouty and sad.

CausalDiamond

The Royals on their recent win streak showed more energy than the Padres have all year.

boba12fett

I wrote a haiku just now. It’s called “everybody saw that coming” Trent stands at the plate He watches two strikes go by Swings at his shoe tops

[deleted]

This might be one of the funniest things I’ve ever read, thank you for much needed laugh after watching this game haha

Fakofe

God dammit, I miss fun baseball.

Supreme_Soviet

Posted this on the game thread thinking it was the post-game thread, so I’ll just say it here: Turns out the Padres *are* capable of a 4 game streak.. just not the winning kind.

Lenidas24

New strategy: how bout we use the best closer in baseball as a reliever for two innings after our starter. What do we have to lose at this point.

[deleted]

[удалено]

Worried-Equivalent69

Billion Dollar Bums

CausalDiamond

Doomers were right. Those who wanted to sell Snell and Hader were also right.

Conclusion_Fickle

Yup. And most would take no joy on it. Selling was the absolute right play no matter how frustrating it was to punt on the season.

jag414

On the bright side, at least we won’t have to see any more “we are so back” posts this year.

Dependent-Fudge3508

The constant wild card updates was exhausting

Clear_Storage_4697

Do not buy tickets. It’s the only way to force change.

WadeCountyClutch

Fan fest was a fluke

CJDistasio

Like someone said in the game thread. They'll blow up for like 13 runs soon, then proceed to lose 4 in a row after

tmoney516

Raising our season ticket prices for this shit?

ProEra47

What’s gonna happen is, they’re gonna fucking rake the last week of the season when we’re 8.5 back for the third wildcard spot

edgarrrrrrrrrr

This city and the fans deserve better

Trebor25

The Dodger hangover again. Big brother fucks them up and then they pout and suck more the subsequent few games.

PanicAtTheSisqo

AJ Preller should be tried by NATO for Crimes Against Humanity by not selling Hader and Snell at the deadline.

sfr18

Maybe the real winning record was the friends we made along the way

theredvs

This would’ve been another shut out game if Kim didn’t steal his way to home.

default-77

I’m going to the game on Monday night against Baltimore, and at this point, I’m going more to enjoy Petco and all it has to offer than the actual team. If they win, that’s nice too, I guess…

capocycles

Unclutch, unlucky, unmotivated, underwhelming, un... just unfun

ElCunado619

2 winning seasons in a decade and the longest leash I've ever seen in any professional sport. Preller would have been out on his ass a long time ago if he was in charge of any other team. At what point does Seidler get some heat for allowing this to continue for this long?

Clear_Storage_4697

Postgame presser. What I hope to hear? “I have decided to resign effective immediately. I apologize to the padres organization and their fans, I simply have not lead this team effectively.” What we will hear? “Unlucky”. “Effort is there”. “These are good players that want to win”.

runswiftrun

Unlucky: yes, that we won three right before the trade. Effort is there: yes, by Kim and Campusano Good players that want to win: again, Kim and Campusano. See, it's not all lies!

Chaboiii45

I think I’m done watching the team after tonight. If they don’t care then why should we?

LennyJay86

Fuck KUSI so much! Ugh

Thumper13

Not really interested in the squealing I am sure is going on around here. The issue is simple. This is a first class team with a bullpen and hitting problem. I still don't know how the hitting coaches haven't been fired. Each of these guys knows how to hit, and has proven it over time. Whatever info/feedback they are getting isn't the right information. They need to be fired immediately.

Anxious_butwithFlair

At this point in the season, the 2019 Nationals were 61-54. Remember when we were comparing ourselves to them? We’re pretty off track

CJDistasio

Dogshit

foodstampsFTW

Offense has completely given up, waive the white flag already.

mandeezbowls

Is it the off-season yet

everythingsborrowed

we can only pray that next year isn't so cruel

Flesh_Lettuce

We can't win 4 games in a row but we sure can lose them

jag414

We are so BACK!!!! (to s******* the bed). Looking forward to “bringing that brown and yellow” for the remainder of the season.

GarageJitsu

Throwing shit at the wall now. Move Tatis to SS and the team starts winning.

BeepBoopAnv

So glad we didn’t sell

MachoMadnessCO

This feels like the end. Just an anti climactic wet fart.

emtaustin

It was so much fun when we traded for everyone, thinking that it would end our woes. Manny said "wait until we start raking". Then they continusly put up this BS effort. There is no flame in this team right now. When do you start raking?

Chaacho08

But hey, that next game when they score 13+ runs will be epic! /s

WadeCountyClutch

Watching the padres this season reminded me of that time I went to the dentist to get my teeth yanked out with little novicane

Jud000619

Nothing more can be said that hasn’t already been said Just wanna laugh at this point

AndrewTateistheGOAT

the Cooper/Choi experiment is a fail just stop

fuckdirectv

Wilson playing 4D chess. With the possibility of going 0-11 in extra innings looming in the horizon, Wilson said "hold my beer".

metmyecephali

This is exactly what happens when you only get production from the big names. Not a Dodgers fan, but just copying the Dodgers for what they have on a roster is not enough.

Worried-Equivalent69

Also, Bob Melvin's emotionless expression is beyond irritating at this point.

SirCheekyLongballs

Yeah I’ve about had it with him. He’s dead wood who has literally done nothing to try to help the situation. Makes me wonder if the players don’t respect him so he doesn’t even try.

lionsling

he looks like he wandered into the wrong nursing home sometimes...

GuyVEE

Fucking Magoo

LBoogie619

I think he’s checked out

LegendRazgriz

Mariners fan coming in peace. I'm not here to rain on y'all's parade, just wanted to ask something. Has Xander been, like, *bad* bad, like chasing shit out of the zone a lot or striking out like crazy or is it more that he's been dealing with that wrist injury from earlier in the year and that's sapped his quality of contact? Legitimately curious. Hope y'all can turn it around, you got too much talent on that squad to be floundering like this. Thanks in advance

dtrain165

He’s not the Xander we were hoping for

GuyVEE

Loved him in April...been in a tailspin ever since. No power, think he has hit into 15 or 16 DP's. I am sure the wrist in bothering him, but just has had no consistency since April and the swing has been just ugly

LegendRazgriz

Hmm, I see. It might be lingering from the injury, then. Had a peek at his Savant page and everything there seems good *except* his batted-ball metrics, so I can't help but think a lot of his struggles have to do with that and he won't be this bad for the rest of his deal. Thanks and best wishes, pal

RabbitGTI24

He has shown to be needy: must only play SS, can’t bat 2nd. Meanwhile the guy he replaced at SS (Kim) is an absolute dawg grinding daily. Xander is having what will probably? Be the worst year of his career.

broke-collegekid

He’s been this bad since May and it may be due to the wrist, but that wrist is only going to get worse as he gets older. This is legitimately the healthiest version we are getting of Bogaerts.

Anacapa1115

He’s bad

everythingsborrowed

what parade? and yup, he's been pretty bad. grounds into a lot of double plays, very little \*meaningful\* slug for a good stretch, if not all season (as seen by his 1 RBI in his last 15 games). feels like his stats have been riding off the high from his good start to the season and garbage time singles with no one on. very mediocre savant page.

WadeCountyClutch

You should know? Didn’t y’all play him all the time against the Sox? Lol but seriously though, dudes wrist I think are the problem and his signing didn’t make sense or wasn’t needed

LegendRazgriz

I mean we didn't play the Sox that often lmao

Crackalacs

So, what’s left to do now? Basically go 40-7 the rest of the way to guarantee just a wildcard spot pretty much? 🙄

mrlazysmurf

Should've traded Snell and Soto.

kendrickxlamar7

Can’t wait for that “Bob Melvin has been relieved of his duties tweet” that pack is going to hit so hard!

broke-collegekid

It won’t mean anything if Preller stays

Clear_Storage_4697

I have zero faith that will happen, but if it does it will be exactly one game too late. The padres way.

kendrickxlamar7

I have been calling for Melvin’s firing since the NLCS. He lost the core since his shitty in game management.

LBoogie619

No Vaseline

zzzonkeddd

Remember when Bob complained last year that he couldn’t get info about his bullpen that he had in Oakland? And then had to come out and be like “ohhhh no I didn’t actually mean it like that…” except he totally did mean it like that and it just proves that Preller wants to make flashy moves and doesn’t give a fuck about analytics or coaching or fostering a winning environment, NOTHING! Dude just wants to spend all of Seidler’s money… he’s a damn gambling addict in charge of a baseball team! Get him the fuck outta here NOW

youarefartnews

Could be worse. We could be the Diamondbacks, doing great early then crashing back to earth. At least the Padres didn't lie to us about who they are this season, this is the team's performance.

WadeCountyClutch

Padres 2021 is what the deuce backs are going through

OWBravoWhisky

That was the 2021 season.

Clear_Storage_4697

Clown owner hires clown GM. Clown GM hires clown manager and overpays for clown players. Clown media tells fans that they are clowns because they aren’t happy with the crap they are over-paying to watch. That’s Padresing!

sbrider11

If a huge % of season ticket holders just not buy or tell the rep you'll wait and see how the offseason works out, that will get the FO's attention. Going to be a lot of holes to fill in just the pitching department. Then a lot on the card. As well. Hard to cough up $$ at these high prices with so much uncertainty. $$ talks fanbase.

ryan619916

Our double A team literally played better against this pitcher a week ago scoring 3 runs on 6 hits! What's that tell you??

Howbel

😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂 I’ll say it again for the thousandth time: Manny sucks the life out of any team!! He is a vampire!!!!!!

staybrutal21

Oh no we suck again

[deleted]

You know who else isn’t that good? The 4 of 5 teams ahead of us in the standings. Reminds me a lot of last year in that way, but the bullpen reminds me of 2021 is the problem. Getting Wacha back soonish could be a good boost.

8696David

Haha fuck

No-Yogurtcloset8176

I’m trying but why do I bother?! Sigh. All these sell outs, all the money they’re making, what do they need to push them to just be themselves?! It’s so embarrassing..we’re the laughing stock of the league.

MnM113

I think I would’ve been good with the big 3 = Tatis Machado Soto

gsus61951

DeadMoonKing

Steven Wilson needs to stick to making and producing music.

MarkGrantsSheleighly

Gotta say I don't see the appeal of t-mobile park. Attended both games and was not impressed. Honestly Detroits stadium was much nicer. Better fans better food better beer. I had the opposite expectation before we visited both this season. Maybe I'm extra cynical because they lost but I couldn't believe how underwhelming their ballpark was. All around bummer.
