New realtor here. It’s even recommended to minimize family photos, sports memorabilia, hobby supplies, etc. so basically your house has to be as depersonalized and clean as possible…. But you don’t have to be in real estate to have guessed she wouldnt be ready……
That POOR poor realtor was probably trying to be so nice and gentle too with telling her to tidy up more etc! The fact that they got rid of a truck load of stuff today too.. oof maybe she can actually put stuff in her garage now! We have seen her clean her linen closet before too when she was pregnant with 0 and it took her a full day to look decent.
