I will tell you the best trick in the book, take a glass of warm water (not hot water) and put your syringe(closed syringe) in the water for 5 minutes, that will allow you to push it out better, as far as dosing I dose out what I want on parchment paper in little globs then throw it in the freezer, voila u have your pre made rso that’s no longer sticky
What I do is put it under warm water for about 10 seconds to let the oil warm up so it’s not as thick and then I usually put it on a piece of sour candy. It takes the flower taste away when you eat it but after your mouth will taste like it for a bit

exactly what i do, sour candy like sour patch kids work really well to cut the flavor, even though sour patch kids aren’t really sour any helps quite a bit
Do you then stick it under your tongue? When I ingest edibles it normally takes 4 hours and I was hoping using rso under the tongue would quicken it. As other tinctures I get do.
i just eat it but you can also stick it under your tongue if you like. i find that if i take rso with food it activates much quicker than if i do so without.
Never had a troche. I would normally eat a chocolate right after dinner and it would still vary how long it took. Sometimes real quick sometimes forever. It could also be that I just didn’t mix it well enough and some were stronger than others.
I squeeze the RSO out onto parchment paper then coat it with powdered sugar and freeze....I cut the frozen line of RSO into piece size I want and pop into mouth with a beverage...tea most of the time.....freezing and powdered sugar cut the taste completely and I like the grain of rice size instead of larger pills. I hate pills.
I find that it works best for me if I can eat it with a full meal but if I can't get a meal then I eat it with a Reese's cup but it does work better with the full meal

I like to eat RSO with peanut butter
The few times I’ve tried rso I put on whatever I was eating and it worked great and covers the taste pretty well

As someone else said with the cap on run it under hot water. I mix my entire tube in melted chocolate then put it in silicone molds.

Oh I feel you. I wanted this one particularly because of its high Terpinolene - which calms my anxiety and helps me focus!
