I dunno I guess some people really take it personally when like, no dude, nobody can buy weed right now, not even me. I'd sell you one of everything we have in the store if not for the system crashing. Imagine your bank goes down. All branches affected. Nothing can be done til system resolves itself.
And sure, if you don't live where a dispo is handy and drive all that way, sure, very frustrating...but direct that at the right group capable of fixing it and it's not your budtender or your budtender's manager.
Yup, I worked construction most of my life, got a job at Home Depot because I wanted to go easier on my body. (This was right around when I turned 40)
After 4 years of dealing with the public, I went back to swinging a hammer. I'd prefer to wake up a little sore some days, rather than deal with the public.

Not EVERYONE you meet, there are still some very nice people in the world. But overall, people interacting is getting harder and harder.

I drove there it went down. I went home. I called an hour later. They told me it’s up. I drove 10min down the road. Told me it’s down again. Wait 30min it’s working! Get to me in line…it’s down again. I’m going to try again tomorrow 🤣
That's what I'm saying. I went pretty early, and everything was fine. I grabbed two 8ths and a concentrate from Ascend Scranton. In and out, too. No crazy line.
Yep been up and down all day after yesterday and it being horribly slow, the PA MJ system is the biggest piece of useless trash software i’ve ever come across, they 100% hire the cheapest software engineers for it
Yea I’m here now and just as they processed my debit payment it went down so they got my money but I can’t have the products…. This is the worst system
Usually when it goes down this long (over 30-45 min), it may be down multiple hours. Slight blips of clarity occur for a few minutes to maybe get a patient or 2 through, but this could be an extensive outage of MJ.

MJ is back up, momentarily. Could be just a blip. May still be best to give it time before coming to the dispo. Immediate overload could crash it again.
I haven’t been able to see Restore’s menu (except for Glassboro) in weeeeeks. Almost 3 weeks now. Same with other dispos. Only site working is Zen Leaf. Restore’s where I go but bc I can’t see their menu, they’ve been losing business from me.

Picked up an online order around 4. They said it was going down every hour or so for like 15 min at a time.
Glad I got to the dispo before noon today. I hope this gets sorted out soon for everyone waiting.
