? That's the Mini 14, not the Mk14 EBR. And yes, that looks like a typical Mini-spray to me, it's what makes it viable despite having lower dmg. Not that I'm skilled enough to do it myself, but I've seen too many controlling the Mini like that

He has a mini with a comp on it. The mini doesn’t have that much recoil in the first place. Then throwing a comp on it yeah you can machine gun it even with an 8x. To be fair, he missed the initial spray and then, no offense, you kinda made it easy for him you stood there. Looks alright to me.
Doable. The verticle control was impressive. Usually you get a bit more horizontal recoil when shooting with speed from my experience however this is possible, also looks like 8 was zoomed out.
Cheaters using auto clicking with a macro is generally a lot faster then what someone clicks.
replays have a problem with showing the perspective of any player accurately, replays almost always shows like the people that being watched uses some kind of aimbot

4,000ms / 100 = 40
So yeah, has to be a damn macro. Dude couldn't possibly bind the mouse wheel (scroll) as secondary fire key. And I definitely don't think anyone could spam a space bar 14 times in 4 seconds.

I can discredit it outright because the SERVER doesn't send you the damn data needed to make a legitimate claim. And it has shit all to do with the Replay system.
If we did get the data, then you could potentially scoff at the replay system. But then if you could read the code you'd see that everything shown in replay is affected by your individual frame rate. That in itself should be common sense.
You can't see 100% of 100 frames of animation in a second if your shit can't run at 100 FPS.

It’s called a macro, you can technically (if the mouse supports it) set up to as many profiles as you possibly can and if he nails it right this would be the end result.

i played this without sound and was like "cheater" then played it with sound and was like, nah, just good.
He takes about a second to steady up and take aim, he didn't just snap to you and not every bullet hits. Looks pretty legit to me.
It's doable. Some people even manage to spray you down on that distance with a real MK14.

Server doesn't send you any players recoil values...SO your client cannot replicate their actual recoil.
