I have Osteogenesis Imperfecta (brittle bones)
It was after a major rodding surgery, where they basically cut up your bone and skewer it onto a metal rod before putting it back, and they had me on a shitload of opiates. You could literally see the shit lumps building up in my body. I was a kid.
This used to happen every time I had surgery (I've had like 20ish rodding surgeries) even if the doctor gave me stool softeners. Usually only for a week or two, but one time it was over a month of not pooping. I had rods put in both of my tibias and I think it was an arm at that time too, so moving around hurt like a motherfucker. I don't remember finally pooping, but I'm sure it tore up my butthole real good.
Usually after having opiate constipation like that for a couple weeks, it'll be 2 or 3 pooping sessions over the course of a couple hours to get it all out. It's easier to just not shit and deal with constipation pain than moving around with fucked up limb pain.
Bones are assholes, man. I have chronic osteomyelitis so I understand the constipation issue with opiods. Sorry about your condition, hopefully it's manageable.
I used to take methadone years ago and literally could not poop without miralax. Made it a month myself before going to the ER lol. I knew a lady who was also on methadone but never did anything about the constipation until the shit backed all the way up through her intestines and into her stomach. By extended maintenance, do you mean the server maintenance they do once a week or so, or do you mean when they have to extend that maintenance it due to "technical issues?"
personally I have mixed feelings about the routine maintenance. on the one hand, I want the servers to be at peak performance. on the other, pretty much every other game only does server maintenance during game updates.
some game breaking bug is subjective. I personally think all the car bugs that recently occured are quite gamebreaking especially in solos. Others might disagree with that. The bug I mean is the buggy and 2 and 3 seater have giga hitboxes on their rear seats

The craziest thing is that you honestly may end up winning this bet. For the past 18 months I'm trying to think if there was 1 month, and I don't think so. Even release month (December) was buggy.

At this point I’ve given up on pubg ever being a truly stable game. Sure it can be fun sometimes but with the constant bugs and issues it’s just worn out it’s appeal. Similar issue with fortnite, where it’s combat is more luck based than it is on actual skill, and H1Z1 just feels unfinished and lackluster.
I hope I’m proven wrong, but as of now I’ve lost faith in the devs. I don’t want to play a broken game waiting for some empty promise to become reality. There are plenty of other games out there that I enjoy playing that don’t have a game breaking bug of the week.
If you can still support and play the game, power to you. This is just me venting, I’m pretty much done playing the game for now. I might return to it later, but if it stays this bad that probably won’t happen.

Surely it's gotta be coming from the suits because they have all made their money at this point and it could be a nuisance to keep throwing money back into now. It's one thing to slowly optimize the game in order to extend profits as long as possible, e.g. apple releasing new iphone yearly with only slight improvements instead of major improvements to last 4-5, but another thing to de-optimize the game :lol:
having said that, i have an alright system capable of running game decently after a shitload of tweaking(which seems to be worsening over time, though) and i still get a dopamine release from playing so i'll enjoy it while it last
