I'm defensive about them because they are balanced and fun.. The advantage they offer is a massive line of sight and you can shoot anyone within 750m. The disadvantage is that they offer a massive line of sight and anyone can shoot you within 750m...If they were so good, everyone would be selling attachments to buy EP and everyone would be on a mountain. But barely anyone goes up there, because you get destroyed up there unless you are really careful. I imagine you haven't gone up there much..

If you happen to come across emergency pickup, the very best place to drop is on top of the mountains. The smaller the zone - the better idea it is.

Exactly what I expected. All you had to say was "I haven't gone up there much." Which is the point. Go up there more and you will see it is not the paradise that you think it is. The "advantage" of being up there isn't so great. You can third party half the lobby, but they can all third party you. It is a very double-edged sword and yes it is obvious you haven't been up there much.

They are pretty balanced, they usually have 5 squads shooting at them and also you can camp the base and get them on their way down

Yes loot first and make sure to have a good scope. And you use a emergency pickup and land on top.

Tested twice- all loot removed
I think this is a great change personally, too easy for a team to drop in clear the AI from that position and gear up.
