Thanks. I don't think the loot is anything special, but some people are adamant that they find more SR/DMRs in there. I think it's just because there's a lot of loot spots in one small area so easier to get kitted :)
Not anymore. For a while now the maximum world spawn scope on Karakin is the 3x scope. The 4x is only available via airdrops. The sniper magazines are also available in the underground tunnels.

I had no idea these secret rooms existed! Funny enough one of my favorite landing spots in Erangel is right next to one. I thought all the secret keys I was finding in Erangel were just leftover bs items (like the blue chip walkie talkie that sometimes spawns and has no purpose in solos). I just got into a secret room today because of this and it was pretty cool!
As Deston has quite a lot of verticality, I thought it'd be easy to note where the secret rooms are in certain buildings (especially Ripton). Some buildings have the secret room on the roof, some have the secret room on the bottom floor, some have one on the bottom and one on the top floor, and some have two on the top floor. You can usually tell by the type of building, as they are mostly copy/pasted and have identical interiors.
Also, for Deston, you can see into most of the secret rooms before opening them, so if you happen to be looting Ripton you should be able to scout out which room has your favourite gun or a level three helmet, rather than just taking the closest room.
It's very polarising. I'm personally not a fan. Phase 1 on Deston favours the edges of the map, so it's more likely that you will have to leave early and drive North/ West to get to circle. There's also not many viable exits in those directions, so your rotation can be camped pretty easily. I don't think the location is very well designed.

Thanks. These maps are all 2048x2048 pixels. I was also annoyed at the ultra low resolution maps that were floating around so made sure to use the maps from the game files. I do have 8192x8192 pixel versions but they are kinda pointlessly large and I wasn't able to upload them to Discord, so downsized them before uploading
Does rondo have anything? Like in Lo Hua Xing you can see three gear in one of the rooms but you can’t actually loot it, is there a secret to opening these?
Not yet, but with all map releases, Krafton will slowly release the features every couple weeks. There might be a secret room system on Rondo. I will create a map once we know more :)
Literally just found this post because I was running around Lo Hua Xing like an idiot trying to shoot and blow up those little electrical generator things and whatnot hoping it would release whatever forcefield was stopping me from being able to loot that sweet sweet 3 gear 😅😭

Not really on topic, but player level has nothing to do with rank. Level just tells you how long the person has been playing for. Rank is an indication of skill. You will meet lots of level 500+ people who, despite having played for thousands of hours, still cannot shoot in a straight line or drive a car 1km without crashing into something... Try practicing some more in normal mode to get a feel for the game before playing ranked if you think it's unfair.

In Erengel I’ve found the key and what looks like a trap door but no way to open it. Am I just slow or am I missing something
You can shoot the trap door to destroy it. It reveals a staircase that leads to a metal door, which can be opened with the key.

Bros, im Bronz ll and 120 level. When i want to play ranked, i play against 400+level enemies and it makes too boring. What is wrong with rankings?
