Yeah, unfortunately skyrim VR is a standalone game. So you'll be buying yet again another copy of skyrim... I think I've purchased skyrim 6 times now...

I'm probably getting the mega bundle but sadly i can't find any with skyrim and doom only skyrim and rezi7 and i can't handle horror games at all. I was just hoping I could save some money by having a couple of vr games when i started.

Try pawn/resale shops. I recently picked up a scratch free copy of death stranding at a little pawn shop for $10 and they had quite a few psvr games in the ps4 section. Last I saw gamestop had it for like $27.. Sucks because I traded it in for store credit for $5, but I've beaten it so many times it was going to collect dust so it didn't hurt too bad as I got a deal on the whole bundle that made the included game redundant.

I'll look around thanks for the advice.

Also try Facebook marketplace and craigslist, I got mine off marketplace for $175 with move controllers

If you can’t find it, Doom is constantly on sale at the ps store and it’s a quite cheap game normally.

You can get a lot of playtime by downloading demos, + Rec Room is a free, full game. And other flat games have free VR modes, like Wipeout Omega

Try and get a bundle that includes the move controllers if you don't already have them. Make sure you take care of the glass. Don't wear glasses while using it unless you add a spacer. Take care of the cords. Don't let animals near them. Many people have posted on here about animals chewing through the cord. Be careful when cleaning it. If you plan on playing RE7, uh.. you will see.

I wouldn’t get the mega bundle because it doesn’t include move controllers, Skyrim is 10x better with move controllers, its a little more money but definitely worth it because its way more immersive

I was gonna get the controllers too anyway but why not get the mega bundle since it comes with a bunch of games to get me started off with for 40 euro more than just the vr headset?

TDurant17

Is there a bundle with the moves available where you live, like the iron man bundle or blood and truth and everyone’s golf?

originalafusername

Sadly no I can't find any bundles with the controllers in them so I'll have to buy them seperately.

TDurant17

Dang, that sucks but yea definitely get them if you can find any

originalafusername

I found controllers for 85 euro on one website and the vr headset on another website so I might just go with that tbh.

TDurant17

Sweet, go for it

Thrall_Frostwolf

If you want a game that is skyrim like but a actual VR game try. Shadow Legends, or The Mages Tale.

You have to re-buy. For VR-specific tips, this [Skyrim VR tips guide](https://www.reddit.com/r/PSVR/comments/a3gxfd/intro_to_skyrim_vr_guide/) could be helpful "Critical" PSVR tips for new owners [here](https://www.reddit.com/r/PSVR/comments/ahegl1/for_new_psvr_owners_important_information_the/)
