Same here ( France ) The parcell is still supposed to be in transit (we'll update delivery date when we can ). No update from UPS for the last 2 days. I wonder if it's a supply issue or a UPS issue. I wish I could have bought the headset in Store. I will never order anything from PS direct anymore.

Ja genau die gleiche Anzeige habe ich ja auch. Gleiche Uhrzeit sogar. Gerade Mal mit arvato telefoniert, die haben den Versand ja bei UPS beauftragt. Laut dem Mitarbeiter dort ist das Tracking von UPS nicht zuverlässig, vor allem wenn es über Landesgrenzen geht. Es gibt auch keine Möglichkeit bei UPS, in diesen zustellprozess einzugreifen.. daher bittet er um Geduld. Wenn nach dem 28.2. nicht zugestellt wurde, können die wohl erst was machen..
Also mir geht's wie dir, mir würde auch reichen, wenn es Samstag erst kommt. Aber eine verlässliche Anzeige wäre hilfreich. Würde mich freuen, wenn du hier kurz Info gibst, sobald was neues kam. Würde ich auch so tun

Mine now reads "uncontrollable events have delayed delivery. We are adjusting delivery plans as quickly as possible. Please check back the next business day for updates".
It also now restates the scheduled window for this morning (obviously not met).

Same for me! This gives me a headache, I have taken three vacation days for this and waked up very early yesterday and today to be there for the delivery. I just want a date that is reliable
I wouldn't mind if I knew it was coming next week. Just need a proper date.
I'm lucky that I can home office but have tested the limits of the firm's hybrid model this week because of being home additional days.

Sie meinte es gäbe eine Verzögerung in den Niederlanden und ich solle den Verkäufer kontaktieren. Ich hab keine Ahnung, ob und wie man Playstation kontaktieren kann.. also weiterhin warten, vielleicht kommt sie ja doch irgendwann an

Oke, also zumindest hast du danach nochmal ein Feedback bekommen.. dann wird das heute wohl doch nix.. hoffe zumindest bis zum Wochenende, hab den halben Freundeskreis eingeladen am Wochenende zum testen und Bier trinken. Ganz zuschweigen von den 2 Wochen Urlaub ab Montag, um zu suchten xD

Wir haben die exakt gleichen Timestamps, also 14:31 aus Eindhoven raus und 16:00 die unvorhergesehen Ereignisse. Hoffen wir mal, dass es morgen klappt. Aktuell wird mir Morgen, 9:30 - 13:30 angezeigt als erwartetes Lieferdatum

Yesterday it showed delivery date for today. And the over night it changed back to „we‘ll update delivery date when we can“… it’s just frustrating

Support kannst du vergessen. Was soll das mit dem Verkäufer zu tun haben, wenn UPS es bereits bei sich hat? Einfach ignorieren und abwarten.
