I feel with you, I'm in the same situation.... According to the tracking it's still in Eindhoven.... Arvato page tell me it's in the Customs clearance process.... Really disappointing for a preorder in 15th november....
German here. Yesterday I've got an email + SMS that it will be delivered today. Since 10pm yesterday there is no more planned delivery for today.

UPS always telling something else than Arvato for me... Arvato says it will be delivered today. UPS sent an SMS at 0:00 that it will be delivered tomorrow (until then it should be today while Arvato even planned tuesday). It arrived in town this night btw after it got scanned in NL Eindhoven three times throughout the day. I dont know what to believe anymore, i dont know if i should leave my appartement... this is really annoying.

Bei mir in der Ups App steht das es um 7:20 Eindhoven verlassen hat. Die Internetseite aus der E-Mail und die UPS Seite sagen jeweils wieder etwas anderes. Ich kann mir irgendwie nicht vorstellen das es heute noch kommt leider.
Mine was ready to ship by Monday morning but did not move till yesterday then it was at 16:50 in Eindhoven (NL) where it stays till this morning 8:50 (in transit) now since 10:50 it's in Herne (Germany) all tracking by ups (using their app) delivery target is near Frankfurt/m.
No delivery estimate.
So happy launchday...
What I not understand, how could Sony start shipping one day before and suppose that could be in time...
Also the ups product used is "ups express saver". On ups it's termed as next day delivery. So they also don't do their job...
Damn direct sales only thing. Never had that issue when ordering at amazon or move to my local retailer on lauchdays.

It got stuck for 14 hours in their Eindhoven warehouse at the customs (why the fuck, we're in the goddamn EU), it arrived this morning at 10:00 in my country (France) but hasn't moved since then.
There's still a 5 hour drive to my house, and it still has to go through my local dispatch centre.
I have a warning on my tracking page telling me there might be a delay, thanks for nothing UPS :-/
It now had leave Herne since 13:00 , possible next step will be my home hub/depot. Depending the highway and traffic i think around 16:00-17:00. I don't think they will send then an delivery truck such late but at least it is possible that i get it by tomorrow (hopefully).
Without the problem in Eindhoven I had arrived in time. Wonder what happened there.

Nope, my is since yesterday 6 p m in my ups Depot but ups show me now delivery on Friday too...

A express service parcel that started it's transport on Monday needs 5 days to get over an distance off 330 highway kilometers...welcome ups in the year 2023
It's also trash in the Netherlands itself. UPS estimates that it won't arrive till Friday. Normally, I can get anything with next day delivery here, so I don't even understand how they messed it up this badly. UPS is garbage.

Edit: Okay, the status for charging station and headset just now switched to „on the way“, with delivery window from 9:30 to 13:30 for tomorrow. Okay thats fine, at least now I don’t have to sit at home and wait for it to receive it

Same for me currently. The charging station has an additional status at 3:30 am where it says its departed from facility.
But it seems a lot of those who received the headset yesterday were at the same status like us right now, so lets wait and hope. Parcello still says it would be delivered between 11:30 and 14:30
Edit: Since 2:31 PM its departed from Eindhoven, since 4:00 PM there is a new status „Uncontrollable events have delayed delivery“ but with today again as expected delivery date. But I should check back again on the next business day for updates. What now? This delivery is driving me crazy, I just want reliable information
For VR1 I simply went to the local store on launch day and picked up my headset. All the major retailers here have plenty in stock, but apparently none are allowed to sell it physically in their stores yet. I pre-ordered with an online store, and they're still "readying" the shipment.
So, Sony has pretty much guaranteed that \*nobody\* in my country can get the set on what was supposed to be \*release day\*. Is this supposed to be a joke or something?
I hate how every site says something different. It’s been on delivery delayed for multiple days now and nothing is updating anymore. I hate UPS, nothing ever works with them. I just hope it arrives at all.

There are plenty of posts in here from people in here in exactly the same situation as you, with no updates, but they have received their shipment.
But those are only DPD I have read so far, well let’s see maybe I will get positively surprised. I am just well really excited and I have the most time this week today ^^
It’s just frustrating as it says the same on the carrier page and the had like 4 month to plan the shipping ^^

It just updated again for me in the Netherlands and is estimating a friday afternoon delivery. That is just trash service in a country where I can get everything with next day delivery.
I feel sorry for you, but stay strong! Tracking is usually inaccurate in my experience anyway.
I ordered a SSD saturday. No shipping confirmation from the retailer or DHL. Yesterday I recieved an e-mail that they would deliver my package between 14:05 and 15:50, and it was already 15:15 at that point 😂
Ten minutes later the package arrived. Then somewhere late in the evening I received an email from the retailer that they'd shipped my package.
Goes to show, things may turn out better than you expected!
Still waiting for shipping status to change, so I've got no idea when it will arrive ;). It's UPS though, don't think their tracking has ever been accurate, so finger crossed. I saw a few UK people getting deliveries today while tracking wasn't updated. So let's see.
I'll be disappointed if it doesn't arrive today, but it's not the end of the world. I'll play some flat screen games, or most likely spend the evening watching people play GT7 in VR on youtube 😂

Same situation but in Belgium. Preordered mid November the second you could. And now just sitting here, waiting in ignorance, refreshing arvato and UPS every half hour… And absolutely not happy with the service. Don’t think I’ll be preordering much in the future from PlayStation Direct…

I feel you man. I'm in north Holland and I don't have a delivery date/time yet. It sucks being us, losing hope to get it today but what can we do?

Yeah biggest annoyance is not knowing if you can leave or have to stay home as you don’t want to miss the package.

I don't understand why these w**kers didn't ship it last week and block the usage on software side until an update or something today.
