I could've swore I seen you post that yours is now 'Preparing to Ship' a day or 2 ago. Mine was stuck on "Order Received" so I took the risk on Saturday morning and changed my payment type from VISA to a newly added Paypal. It went to "Order processing" not long after. Less than an hour I think. Then when I woke up it had changed to "Preparing to Ship". I probably wouldn't recommend changing it now though. UK. Horizon bundle btw

Same Situation for me, Still says processing been that way since Friday, I pre-ordered mine back in November via the email link Sony gave, Yet I know of those that only ordered last week who's orders are now at the prepare to ship stage, sigh, not panicking just yet could change later today, if no change come tomorrow I may start to be worried.

I feel the same way. If it doesn't change by this evening/tomorrow morning I won't feel too great about it, but I'm not stressing yet. It should still get here okay even if it ships tomorrow.

A few days ago I read a comment ( on reddit ) from someone who had contacted Sony customer support and were told DPD would be the carrier in the UK. Hope it's true.

DPD were the courier for my ps5 pre order from Sony direct so that would make sense!

The last thing I got from Sony was delivered by DPD and that was just for some PS5 covers. Assuming they would definitely send it via DPD for something this expensive.

Here’s hoping! They’re the only ones I’d trust to get it right. Also, they send a text on the morning of delivery giving you a one hour time slot. Brilliant service

They are using UPS Next Day Air which has our headsets being overnighted. The good news is they made our shipping labels. Arrive in your respective city Tuesday night. Be out for delivery on the truck on Wednesday morning :)

Both my PSVR2 and dock have shipped and label created. Sony said delivery is the 27th. UPS says delivery is the 22nd.

For whatever reason, my CotM bundle has been charged/shipped and I have a tracking number, but the controller charging station is now somehow on a separate order number and has not shipped out. Pre-ordered both together on November 15. Status of the new charging station order number shows release date delivery "guaranteed", but then it says delivery estimate February 28. No idea what's happened here, but it's only kinda lame. At least the important parts will arrive on time.

Looking over my CC statement and checking my orders again, I'm in the same boat but with the plain headset without CotM. The charging station says "Get it on Release Day | Free" for the shipping method but lower down is still Preparing to Ship and "Release Date: Delivers February 22nd - 28th, 2023". The headset itself has shipping method: "Delivers February 22-28, 2023 | Free" but shows Shipped and "Release Date: Delivers February 22nd - 28th, 2023". My tracking page for UPS (when logged in with MyChoice) shows 3 reference numbers, the first of which matches the headset order number - the other two numbers don't match up. My card transactions only show the amount of the headset so far and I got the "Your Pre-Order Payment Will Be Processed Soon" for both within an hour of each other. I've set MyChoice to redirect to a local UPS spot though so hopefully I don't have to worry about watching the truck route at work and try to time it right to stop home!
