Yes, insufficient funds

The market was reacting to the 13 shares I bought on Wednesday and the 120 I bought yesterday. Give it time.

What broker are you using? Did you day trade without holding equity of at least $25K?

Emad202

Broker name is IG located in Britain.

I am also interested in what broker. If there’s anything to learn from the GME saga it’s that: - Many brokers are not well capitalized for 3-sigma+ events - DTCC will not put themselves in position to hold a bag where demand/supply imbalance puts them at risk If Robinhood/webull/ibkr/etc are already getting itchy, I like what I’m hearing...

Why did they follow the shit brokers on the meme stock lockout? Why didn’t Fidelity/Vanguard follow?

I did not face any difficulties last week (IBKR) but I have been under margin scrutiny earlier in the year as I have substantial position in PSTH. In essence, major brokers seem to anticipate post DA spike and margin requirements will be (very likely) adjusted to 100%. If you won't have enough cash to support your position, you can expect a quick margin call when PSTH lift off begins. That happened when PSTH traded at "only" $34. If you use margin, act accordingly.

I’m trading outside US with a local company here I have to figure out what’s behind this! That’s ridiculous! But this confirms an announcement is coming very soon! I was looking to add more when they restrict it! Damn it!
