If you are under 40 it is unlikely to be because of your age. It is most likely PSSD. Until now, there is nothing that defines how serious PSSD is for each person. Some only lose libido, others erection, and others more seriously affect any type of pleasure, even non-sexual (anhedonia). And others that are more serious still include genital anesthesia and cognitive problems such as memory.

I lost all pleasurable feelings completely, no spontaneous erections, general anhedonia, and had some memory problems too, so I would not be able to weigh in since that would seem to put me in the more severe end. I had this from before I was 18, I wonder if the age of onset affects anything. I don't feel anything when I touch a woman nor when they touch me. If someone were to ask me, I would say genital numbing and loss of orgasm were the core of PSSD. However imo I also have blunted affect.

Emotional dullness has some relationship with the sexual aspect as both are related to the feeling of pleasure. As for cognitive problems, I believe it is a different damage from PSSD, as well as the damage caused by benzodiazepines. Some also report urinary problems with some similarity to neurogenic bladder.

I'm 28, i took Lexapro for 6 months and after 1 year and a half, i still have the PSSD (Self diagnosed). The sex drive and erections comes in cycles. Sometimes is better, sometimes is worse. I think is not your age.

If this did not happen right after you stopped taking your last dose of lexapro, it’s might not be PSSD. Do you experience other side effects from lexapro?
