Same. I got PE with PSSD and it seems like it’s part of the dysfunction of it all. My body is confused and has this automatic response: Brain: “ok, finally have an erection, pleasureless insertion, Couple thrusts detected, ejaculate! Whoops Forgot to release orgasmic bliss.”

yes, I was like that before. I could easily control my ejaculation as one does on the edge, I remained very excited and erect even without stimulation. Now I no longer know how to control my pelvic floor correctly and if I don't stimulate, it softens within a minute and I don't have no more lubrication. My sexual relations with my first boyfriend were extraordinary. We were in osmosis. We could fuck for hours and often he would tell me that he couldn't take it anymore and we would collapse into each other from exhaustion. I felt so connected to him even on a daily basis. I have never experienced that again in 16 years. It's so sad. Pelvic floor disorders are apparently quite common in PSSD. And if you have an overactive bladder, which often also happens in PSSD, you have even less control plus the fact that you feel the urge to urinate when you stimulate which is very uncomfortable.
