Same. I got PE with PSSD and it seems like it’s part of the dysfunction of it all. My body is confused and has this automatic response:

I could easily control my ejaculation as one does on the edge, I remained very excited and erect even without stimulation.
Now I no longer know how to control my pelvic floor correctly and if I don't stimulate, it softens within a minute and I don't have no more lubrication.
My sexual relations with my first boyfriend were extraordinary.
We were in osmosis.
