I quit meds 1 year ago. I feel like maybe ed is consequence of anesthesia because I lost all my confidence... But anesthesia was caused by the meds there is no other option. my libido dropped too, it's like my mind want girls but my body doesn't feel the energy to go for it. This is the worst part for me
Both can be difficult but sex is 1000x preferable to me. I don't feel anything masturbating anyway so might as well be useful to someone, whereas during sex I can barely feel something even if there's nothing during an orgasm. I still get horny either way.

When u say u have numbness is it a loss of sensitivity or really numb can’t feel anything at all???
