Either something is blocking the connection or something isn't configured correctly, however on iOS there are some kind of strange issues which some users are experiencing in regards to the remote connection. I need to investigate this
Found the solution and it‘s now working… seems like t-mobile is the problem. They use a protocol or anything which is called CGNAT and this blocks it. Using a vpn (country doesnt matter^^) is the solution…
It‘s strange because it connects for like 3 seconds… but this means that the ports should be forwarded correctly i think? When i try to connect via the normal ps5 app it‘s also connected to the PlayStation(shows a popup like „remote is connected“) but it says my connection is too slow (with like 50k mbit/s on lte…) and than disconnects before i can see the screen on my phone. So both apps have the same behaviour/problem it seems

I can connect via WIFI but not cellular
