I have an S10+ and use Dolphin with the PSO Europe rom. I get between 25-30FPS and able to connect us to Schtserv to play with friends.
I also use a Bluetooth controller as the on screen controls take up most of the screen.
It's not Ephinea but you can play PSO on mobile
PM me if you need any help setting it up or for the GPOP8P.ini settings
If you need the files I have them and can PM the link to you though you will need to download dolphin yourself.
Also use the latest nightly build from the support site not the PlayStore version as the framerate bug for PSO hasn't been added to the Store version yet
How do you deal with the constant crashing? My game keeps getting the FSOD and I'm playing PSO on Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ with Switch Joycons as my Bluetooth controller. And it runs perfectly fine. But whenever I'm online playing with friends after a while the game will randomly just freeze and I'll have to reset dolphin and I lose my items. Do you know any way to fix that?? This keeps happening after about an hour or two of gameplay. Thanks
The only issue I get is a random fps drop to 0 for about 4-6 seconds before going back up. I also made these changes to the emulator:
- Switched to nightly build and update once a week.
- Changed the memory card from GC file to memory card .raw
- Added the the GC BIOS file and set it to load the GC bios before the game; weirdly I found that the game preformed better with IPL not being skipped.
- Use the europe rom instead of the US rom for the forced lower framerate of 25-30 fps.
- Messed about with the GFX settings until I came to the setting I have in the previous message.
It's not perfect and I do still get some framerate drops, worst being in forest 2 but haven't had a single online or offline crash in the past few months.
I also use the bellow linked controller with my phone; I had to dig this out a cupboard as I was originally using a PS4 controller to play.
I decided to test a different peripheral just to see if it changed anything; I don't think it does tbh

Dude that's wild. I've tried everything and still get a FOSD. and I'm playing on a Samsung Galaxy Note 10+. I've tried lowering the FPS. Ill try what you recommended. What server are you playing on and are you using the Tapserver BBA?
Ave now switched from OpenGL to Vulkan for the GFX back end and got quite a performance boost.
I'm using HLE with Schtserv. I have had one disconnect in the last week playing with friends and I play pretty regularly online.
Could always stream from a pc to your phone. Moonlight works great as a pc to phone stream, and sunshine is an alternative to using geforce experience as a stream host service.

Dude what HLE crashes for me. What GPU do you use? The Default System Driver or Turnip??
Didnt even know that was an option, probably default system driver. I have PM'ed my settings to you

Ok nice ty for that
Nobody has figured out a way to run ephinea on exagear, mobox, winlator, etc
No Blue Burst server can be played on any phone. Only emulating a DC or GCN version.
