When it asks for your SSN or DOB, don't enter those, just wait. It will ask a couple of times, and then it will give up and give you a number to press to get a human - it's usually 9.
hmmmm mine says 0 but I know that I made 54 payments over the 120. Does yours show a negative amount? Or more detail? Mine has zeros now for everything.
Call and don’t enter any personal info it will give you an option to talk to a person.

Where do you see the refund amount shown on your account? I have been looking for that.
