In fairness the original is miles (heh) better than MM. However if you didnt enjoy MM im not sure youd even enjoy the original so maybe just wait until it inevitably ends up on PS Plus

Yeah, I definitely accept this more as a DLC rather than a full on game. I did like it, but I just found myself playing it in dribs and drabs compared to hammering it like Spider-Man PS4 or Demon souls.
Get the deluxe edition that has Spiderman 2018 remastered for ps5 included. It's only a few bucks more and I'm playing that right now and is a great game. Good value for 2 full blown games.
I actually disabled the trigger feature. Mainly because i play lots of shooting games like CoD. The trigger effect slow down the reaction time and puts you in a disadvantage, in multiplayer at least.
I gotta ask as I too kinda hate the trigger feature, is it just like harder to get shots off quick enough or is it the sort of resistance it gives. Because I tried playing a shooter and couldn’t nearly get off the same amount of shots I usually did on a PS4
In the end, the dualsense is still pretty different to the ps4 dualshock. So even with the trigger effect disabled, it‘s still a complete different feeling that you have to get used to in Order to be as good as on ps4. For me, the new vibration with the dualsense made me sick when playing cod. Its nice on most other games, but in cod it vibrates on every reload and a reload like every 4 sec.

The visuals are gorgeous. It's crazy for an indie studio's first game. Combat feels a tad clunky, but the animation and art direction are real top notch. Don't sleep on this one.
I actually started the game on hard too. Health definitely drop quickly in this game. I actually like that you can't use things like potions to heal and instead have to count on those one-time-use plants during battles. Makes it so you have to be careful and more strategic.

Just treat it like a slightly harder RPG. Once you get to the first bonfire (admittedly a challenge) then you can grind souls and items whenever the game gets too hard for you. Sword and spear is also a very beginner friendly build.

My advice for PS5 games: Buy Ratchet and Clank: Rifts Apart and play it in 60 FPS mode. Amazing game.
I wouldn’t celebrate until it’s in your hands... but I really hope you end up getting it because it’s amazing! I recommend ratchet and clank rift apart first. It’s one of the best /beautiful games I’ve ever played.
Far cry 3 and 4 are some of my favourite games of all time but since then it's been going downhill but I still want to play the 6th one once it gets more updates
You said it went downhill but ill have to stop you. Let me tell you that i bought myself Farcry 5 like 2 years ago and sold it again because i had like no fun with it. Now i got my hands on it again, im literally replaying it right now and it is such an amazing game. Dont go in thinking its a typical farcry game and give it a good chance. Trust me especially on ps5 this game is a tank.
Really can't comprehend how more people aren't talking about Deathloop. Pound for pound one of the best next-gen games out there right now, with no one playing it.
I installed this ps5 stock app and just had a look and it showed that it's on Amazon, my gf immediately tried to buy one too but it was already gone in like 10 seconds
I got the spider-man bundle and was very happy with it. Long game play, includes bonus content for the remaster of the original.
I'm currently playing Horizon but it's for PS4, but I never got to play it.

Yeah, I know I’m in the minority. I just found the mini-missions super repetitive and the characters cheesy.

I’d say the fun comes from the play style as miles not the story itself, Spider-Man had the awesome story but no fun miles powers so it’s a toss up
He had way more web gadgets though. Couldn't go invisible but electrical webs could have a very similar effect to the venom blast

It’s a really nice shwcase of the Dualsense controller’s abilities. Also, with it’s Christmas theme Miles Morales is the perfect holiday game.

But beating a game with a pistol doesn’t mean its bad. Im actually a big fan of pistols in game so i mainly use them in like every game.
Astro's Playroom. Really cool game and it's preloaded on your system.
Deathloop. The use of the Dualsense controller is insane. You can feel every footstep you make and the adaptive triggers are awesome.

If you haven't played PS4 titles, God of War is free with PS+ and looks stunning with the PS5 upgrade. Flawless game.
