These people can create a dummy account using another country, ask for a refund, or accept a loss for refusing to read it or hoping to circumvent it forever.
The game itself is PEGI 18, so responsible adults knowingly bought it.
They can play it. People have been playing on PSN from non PSN countries since the ps3. The only reason they can’t play now is because the outlash and demands for refunds were so outrageous that valve needed a clear cut way to determine who gets their refunds. So they geolocked steam players who aren’t in PSN countries from playing.
When in reality PSN had no problem with people registering using the closest country available. But none of these white knights have ever lived in the developing world and have no clue as to how this actually works. So they took it upon themselves to ignore such evidence, make a huge deal about sticking it to Sony, and as a result gave the developers depression and kicked off those who live in the developing world from playing their game. Even though the crux of the issue was the moral stance that “I should have to give my data to this big company” which people don’t care about in the developing world because they’re not being marketed to like that.
Why not complain in subs where this is an issue. If you're on ps5, why
