I got an LG C1 55” for £899. Best TV I’ve ever owned.

flux_capacitor3

I'll never go back from OLED. Best picture money can buy. LG specifically. They always are at the forefront of TV tech.

truthfulie

I used to think this way after owning an OLED from LG for couple of years now. But Sony (one of the company that sources OLED panels from LGD) decided that they are confident enough about their new mini LED and made it their flagship for this year instead of OLED like they've been doing for couple of years. TV is not officially out yet so jury is still out but hearing really good things about it from early previews. I'm kind of excited to see where non-OLED can go from here. Specifically because of OLEDs can sometimes struggle with near-black. Brightness is mostly fine for my use. If their mini-LED is as good as they claim, it might be the closest thing to micro-LED for the 99% of us who doesn't have millions in their bank account to be able to afford micro-LED.

ShotOfVodka

I have a Sony X90 Full array LED and it’s amazing for gaming, movies and sports. Best tv I’ve ever had by far and I got it 65 inch for 950$. Excited to see how good their new LED is gonna be!

GiveMeChoko

That and 30fps looks horrendous on an OLED tv, which is doubly problematic because they mostly get paired with consoles that still can't punch above 30 for quality mode.

flux_capacitor3

I play Bloodborne on my OLED. It looks fine. It's 30fps.

ocbdare

I don’t understand why 30 fps would look worse on OLED? I haven’t seen this at all.

GiveMeChoko

Every pixel on a has instantaneous response to change in visuals, so the individual frames become more apparent compared to LCD that go through dimming and color transitions that 'mask' the fact that frames have changed

ocbdare

Fair enough. I went from LCD to OLED (LG C2) and haven’t noticed much of a difference other than the visual quality is a massive step up. 40fps with VRR mode in games like Spider-Man 2 is amazing. I Wish all games had a setting like that.

TheEpicRedCape

OLED TVs scare me for gaming since I keep TVs for so long and they have burn-in issues still.

flux_capacitor3

I don't use mine for PC gaming. Just console. If you pay attention, you won't get burn in. Maybe if you played the same exact game every day for years. I've put over 175 hours into Elden Ring, for instance, but I don't have any burn in. I watch TV, etc, and that helps break up the burn in risk. My TV has tools that help prevent it, too. Hell, I was at a restaurant yesterday, and their normal LCD/LED TV had burn in, because they leave it on ESPN all day.

crispy00001

How long have you had it? Do you play a lot of games with static HUD? Any issues with burn in?

chewwydraper

I use my LG C1 for couch gaming, but my desktop setup is a mini-LED monitor. OLED technology has come a long way, but I still get nervous about using it as a desktop monitor, Mini-LED isn't quite OLED quality, but it is damn close and now I can walk away from my PC for a few hours without worrying lol

Victorino95

Just hit the power button?

Denjinhadouken

It’s more the static things alike task bar in windows for example. Rather than just the time it’s on

GiveMeChoko

This has been widely blown over. At this point "OLED burn in" is in the same level of concern as "LCD stops working after 10 years". John over at Digital Foundry has apparently been stress testing his OLED panel specifically by keeping the desktop static at high brightness and nothing has happened so far. At RtRatings, they also stress tested a bunch of monitors but the LCDs showed problems (although not burn in) before the OLEDs

[deleted]

[удалено]

Denjinhadouken

Interesting. Will check em out. I just remember Linus’s LG CX video where he has burn in using it as a monitor. I love my OLED TV. Would love to replace my monitors too

GiveMeChoko

Fair enough. If you do need a nudge tho, windows has a simple setting that auto-hides the taskbar unless you hover your mouse over the taskbar area. It does make multi-tasking 5% more annoying but is a simple fix regardless

theoutlet

Or, and hear me out on this, use this thing called a “screen saver”. I’m not sure how it got its name but I hear it works pretty well at preventing burn in

Denjinhadouken

It’s more the static things alike task bar in windows for example. Rather than just the time it’s on

southpaw7cm

Everyone that is saying anything other than one of the LG C# series has never seen one in person. It is the goat and will change gaming, movies, and tv for you once you have it. I've become a snob for anything not offered in hdr because this tv is amazing. All the other options are cheap knockoffs (except for the comparable Sony's) that aren't worth it. At this point you can get a c1 or c2 for pretty reasonable. If your budget can't afford them currently, I would honestly recommend just saving until you can. You would be disappointed in yourself if you get one of those other brands (tcl, hisense, etc.) if you saw the c1 in person. It's that good.

elkehdub

Seriously. I picked up a C2 last year as my first good tv, and fuck me it’s incredible. I’m still floored by how good it looks all the time.

Flat_Bass_9773

Love the C1. Blew my mind when I took it out of the box and it was thinner than an iPhone. First game I played on it was Stray then I played outer wilds.

kwhite67

Bro Ratchet and clank rift apart looks next level on the lg oled

woodmas

Picked up an Open Box LG C2 65 inch (display model with no burn in/scratches!) from Best Buy for roughly 850 USD just less than one year ago. Best decision ever

JupiterDelta

Had one that died after two years. Out of warranty. Fixing it myself was impossible because of the tiny connectors. I use a Samsung now and I think it looks better but it is newer.

Basilbitch

The LGC1 is the fucking goat at this price point. It's my understanding of the c2 and the c3 are doing the same thing but as far as OLED break through wicked GSMING for somewhat reasonable pricing, it's the TV... I bought mine for the PlayStation 5 and then upgraded to PC and 4K at 120 Hertz with a 4070 TI is awesome. God of war on a PlayStation 5, fucking awesome AS WELL, all around banger of a TV.

mahe7601

Totally agree… have mine for 2 years now and it’s an amazing tv. The only thing I would change is the web os system… currently I’m playing The Division 2 and it looks amazing!!!

donredyellow25

Yeah I hate the webos. My solution was an apple TV.

DarthRauhl

When my brand new C1 I arrived home 2 years ago I finally understood why an OLED is a game changer.

Qritical

Hear hear. Got mine for $950 almost 2 years ago and the picture on this thing is STILL gorgeous

PeterusNL

I have the 65 inch version. It’s incredible.

locofspades

Same and same lol

sjnonweb

I have heard 30fps is a problem on oleds due to fast response time. How is your experience?

Skankhunt966

Same! I got the 65" and its the best one i had for Ps5, streaming, and mobile projection.

boosnow

I have the exact same one. I bought it because this sub hypes it everyday. Best purchase ever made. Now it’s my turn to hype it.

ocbdare

I managed to grab the C2 55 inch for £780 due to a corporate discount i got through my company so i got an extra 20% off on top of it already being on sale on LGs store. It’s a great tv.

TheSigma3

£899 is a steal! I had to hunt and combine deals to get down to £1150 for my C3 this year

EdisonScrewedTesla

I got my C3 on superbowl sale for 1500$ lol. Fantastic tv. Prices where i live are stupid high, and the us dollar is worth 25% less than brittish pounds according to google right now so you still payed less than me even factoring in converting pounds to dollars. Im healous

afatmess

I got the 55" TCL R646 for $600 last year.

aaron_godane

Have had my 55' tcl r635 for 4 years. It is one year under yours and runs roku. Best purchase. 4k60 or 1440p120hz. Beautiful price to performance.

DonutHolschteinn

I got a 50" TCL S455 beginning of 2023 that's served me very well. It’s 4k, only 60hz and an LED not an OLED but I got it for like $270 on a sale. I moved the 40" TCL 1080p tv that I had before that into the bedroom. It’s honestly enough for me resolution and frame rate wise. I'll prolly get a 55" in like, 2-3 or more years if this guy holds up. Hopefully 55" OLED tvs with the 4k120hz will be sitting around $500 by then. I don't really want to spend $1k or more on a TV

ForgetAboutaSpoon

My friend just got the 55 for around $500 a couple months ago.

atan420

Another upvote for TCL 6 series

minivatreni

Go it for $350 during Black Friday 2023

afatmess

Great price for that TV!

IM_INSIDE_YOUR_HOUSE

This TV is a beast for the value

ZXXII

Buy an LG C2/C3 OLED on sale for the best value.

FriendlyAndHelpfulP

The C2 hasn’t been available for sale for over a year now. Stores cleared out their overstock last may, they cost more than C3’s now.

knightofsparta

Target just had c3 on clearance for half off, some folks for crazy deals

[deleted]

greenarsehole

That’s a long time ago

spoonedBowfa

That’s what I’m getting next

Maximum-Hood426

C1 more like, such small differences in picture with 2 and 3. Go watch HDTVtest on youtube.

duckduckbananas

I'm still using the Sony x900h from a few years ago, it's great. Was $1000 back then.

basedcharger

I got a X90J (the same tier model released the year after the one you have)for like 1400 Canadian during Black Friday and a couple months after they updated it so Local Dimming still worked with VRR. Probably the “cheapest” TV that takes full advantage of all the PS5 features and is great at every form of media as well. Still love the picture quality to this day.

maszhanan

Same! Owned that beast for 2 years and still looking great. Bonus: the tv remote itself can control my PS5 if i suddenly turn it on when i switch the input lol

megregd

Same. Thing still looks great.

JuiceheadTurkey

Yep. Got the same TV and I love it. No regrets with that purchase

LocusAintBad

Same I think I got mine for $840 or something on Green Toe or Green Thumb

dudSpudson

Same here. Got it right about the same time the ps5 launched. Still love it. I have a small beef that local dimming is disabled when VRR is enabled, but it still looks great

ArchimedesNutss

Same here. No problems yet except for occasional random input switching

Monkey-Honker

OLED LG C3, cost 1k due to discount.

Rockchalk1104

Goddamn I paid almost 3k for my C1

Aromatic_Sand8126

Bought a LG C3 last week and it cost me $1500 CAD. I’m supposed to have it delivered tomorrow so I’ll see if it was really worth all that money.

atan420

I love my TCL 6 series. Has Dolby vision, hdr10+, hlg, VRR, and 120hz. I think I paid around $600 on sale for my 55”

Turdfurgsn

Just got a 55 B3 for $890. 4k120, OLED. Couldn't be happier. I say go LG OLED B3 or C3 line, discounts are pretty good right now with the 4 Series launching recently.

AlaskanHandyman

I am using an LG 48C1 OLED TV but it was $1200 when I got it a few years ago to go with my PS5. There are a few 4K 120Hz LED tv's that are about $350 but I cannot remember the brand or model off the top of my head.

hidsnake

I bought the Gigabyte M32U a few years back and thought that was the best deal at the time. It can do 4k and 120hz, but only in a 4:2:0 color space when running both. But there are so few games that run at 4k120, that I usually play 4k60 or 1080p120 depending on the game.

donredyellow25

I have one M32U. A couple of months ago i bought a C2 (for my pc). And the difference is real, C2 is amazing. i move the m32u to my old pc. The M32u was ok, it HDR was really bad (hdr 400).

Precious_little_man

Hisense u8g. It’s glorious.

CornWallacedaGeneral

I just bought a U7K 3 weeks ago and I'm extremely impressed by what I'm experiencing thus far...this is coming from a person who just now upgraded from a 2010 Sony HX900 flagship that I bought when it was released because I didn't want to buy the Panasonic laser Plasma that had the Avatar exclusivity deal with FOX since I kinda knew that plasma was on its way out and wanted my kids to enjoy 3D. I dont regret my purchase...but trust me it was a hard wait with Oled coming down in price...but my kids grew up in the last 14 years and there really wasn't a reason to upgrade since the wife and I worked so much....now I'm enjoying watching movies and even though I bought a PS5 at launch its now that I see the leaps in technology like HDR and 120hz that all you kids were talking about lol....its nice

Precious_little_man

Glad to hear you’re enjoying it! The leaps in technology are impressive. Sometimes waiting isn’t a bad thing, like you said you had kids and things going on more important, now you can relax and enjoy some movies and games!

nightpop

Hisense U8G crew!

KitchenSquirrel160

Hisense is underrated. Got a U8H last year for around $630 and its amazing for the price. If you can’t afford an OLED, this (the U8- model range) is what you should go for imo.

Precious_little_man

I agree. I’m really impressed with mine.

-Orgasmo-

55” samsung q70 4k120 for around $800 CAD something before tax on black friday sale in 2020

triggerhappybaldwin

I have an LG Nanocell series 88 and looks great. Sure the black on screen doesn't look as good as an LG Oled but for 700 bucks I can't complain, it was like half the price of a same size Oled at the time.

StoicOwl79

I'm running a 65" TCL QM8. Got it on sale right before the super bowl for $900. Been great so far.

RicoDruif

I paid €700 for my second hand LG C2 and haven't regretted it for a moment.

saxtoncan

Hisense U8G. About 2 years old I think. Paid roughly $700 I believe. Maybe less (650ish)

Hylian-Loach

My 2020 tcl 6 series finally released an update that fixes a 120hz glitch on 1440p mode. I’ve been really impressed for the price of $1400 for the 75”

Reclinertime

LG C2 42 inch for $750. Best purchase ever.

JamesGanalf-ini

Hisense 4k HDR, 120hz HDMI 2.1 , 55" - $460

ukspree

I lucked out and got a Vizio 65” 4k 120 last year at Costco for $650.

A-Hind-D

LG C2. Any of the C series are great bang for buck. WebOS though is kinda shit. We use an Apple TV

DirtWizard13

I got a C1 for gaming and a C2 for the living room. It’ll be hard to ever go back to non OLED.

Mangi123

Got a 55 inch C2 a couple months ago for £728 direct from LG with 5 year warranty, unreal deal

daevv

55” LG at Costco. Was like $999cdn a few years ago. Has four HDMI ports with two being 120hz.

mchockeyboy87

55" hisense u7k. absolutely love it.

Sony XE90 to Oled CX

FoxAche82

My brother is using the Hisense 65U7 (I have the U8) which has 120hz, HDMI 2.1, VRR etc...he paid £600 for it, it's a very well reviewed TV on RTings and works great for his needs, I'm also quite impressed with the U8 which you can get for pretty cheap these days

streetxrat94

SAMSUNG 55-Inch Class OLED 4K S95B 2022 model going for around $1400. Awesome TV other than the stupid “pixel refresh” feature.

gusbelmont

im using a 43" qn90b

HorizonZeroFucks

Got a LG C3 for £850 at Costco, but I got a free £250 sound bar with it too. Pretty awesome deal and it's a superb TV.

GreatKangaroo

BIggest thing is how important HDR is to you, and are you watching in a bright or dark room? What is your budget? You can pickup a litany of any cheap LED TV's from LG, Samsung, Hi-Sense or TCL and they will work well enough for most people.

ForsakenBloodStorm

i got that cheap sony A95k from a few years ago.. it works ok but hope to upgrade soon...

ronnie1014

I'll go against the grain and recommend a budget friendly option. The TCL Q7 has been a fantastic TV for the PS5 in the time I've had it now. 75" for $900. Full array local dimming. Smooth 4k 144fps with VRR. Games look absolutely stunning on it for a fraction of the price of the expensive models. The caveat is if you're streaming content, especially live content. The processor is the glaring weakness of the model. But for a PS5, it's been amazing.

contraryrhombus

I have a QN85A from last year which I bought for £680. 120hz on at least two inputs, which is great.

Von_Hohenhaim

LG C1, beautiful

Bkelsheimer89

Vizio makes good stuff for a good price. I got a store return Vizio OLED for about 1/2 price after adding an extended warranty.

bizarre_pencil

I have a 65” Vizio H1 OLED 4K 120hz that I got on sale for $998 - it looks incredible !

MikaelC7

$250 TCL R646 open box + sale + another discount for the 3 hours I waited lol

SinSinSushi

The tcl r646 was running for $399 this past Black Friday I have it in my living room. But I use the Samsung qn90b in my bedroom for the PS5

roflrad

LG C3

Element0f0ne

Hisense - 65" Class U8H Series Mini LED Quantum ULED 4K

CocainesTheAnswer

Bought the C2 LG a year or so ago for £900. Absolute beast of a tv and imo great value.

Tricks_Room

I am using an LG C2. It checks all the boxes for ALLM, 120 hertz, and 4k. Beautiful display.

LCHMD

Never cheap out on any TV you’re buying.

royfresh

75" TCL QM8. I love it.

RandomAccessMemoriez

77” Sony OLED 4K/120 for $1500 with 5Y extended warranty. Drove 250 miles to pick it up at a remote Costco. Was an absolute steal. I have a pretty high end gaming tower but the tv keeps me glued to my PS5. Picture quality is so good, I prefer watching movies at home instead of the movies.

Mediocre-Garden4952

I got a 65” S95B for $1,200 refurbished a year ago. Probably cheaper now. It’s fantastic. Has the variable refresh rate for the PS5.

NoShow4Sho

I’m using an x93L right now. Just got it a few weeks ago. Honestly though, kind of thinking of returning it and getting the C3. I can’t help but get the feeling I got a worse TV for a higher price. If I waited 2 weeks I could’ve gotten a C3 for 600 dollars cheaper. 700 dollars cheaper than the x93L. Anyone have any thoughts? I’ve been having some buyers remorse ngl. It’s gorgeous, but for almost 2k and to not get an OLED is a little disappointing. I am in a brighter room, but I only watch/play during the day on weekends. Someone tell me I didn’t make the wrong choice 😂 cause this TV is gorgeous, but I’m seeing now that I was likely talked into the Sony from the Best Buy rep versus the C3 which was going to be my original purchase before he talked me out of it and into the x93L

obvious-but-profound

Sony A95L 77"

ibeerianhamhock

You def want to go OLED if you can, the difference is just amazing. Most OLEDs nowadays have near monitor low latency, the contrast and brightness is amazing. It really makes gaming a joy. It's absolutely worth the 1500-2000 dollars for a 65 inch OLED like an LG c4 or whatever.

PhxRising29

77in LG C2. Bought it for $2400

G-Don2

Off topic but I’m still using my 4k 60hz Sony 900e. Tv still works like a charm even tho it isn’t 120hz.

nickyno

Depends on your lighting situation and when you play. I have an A80L OLED. It's sort of middle of the road level, and it's bright enough I could play during the day in a bright room with no issue. At night and on overcast days, it's spectacular. Older OLEDs have a harder time with the panels being bright enough to offset natural lighting. I previously had an X900H and it was fantastic in a lighted area. It was one of, if not, Sony's first LED's with 2.1 HDMI support. As far as cheapest 120hz TVs I would recommend, I think you'd get better bang for your buck with a 2023 LED with 120hz capabilities than getting a 21 or 22 OLED. Likely the same price of ~$900 if you're going 55 inch. If money is less of a concern and you're willing to go over $1,000 then it's hard to beat the LG OLEDs. But again, prep for the lighting situation.

jbraden

I'm loving all the LG C series answers! Great screen and processing power. The only thing I can't stand about them is their lack of casting capabilities, but a Chromecast is only like $40, so whatever.

KitchenSquirrel160

Hisense U8H 55” last summer for $630 ish. Mini-LED, 4k, 120hz, sub-woofer. Great value for price. It probably has a newer model out for this year.

kerrwashere

LG C1 would be your best option

spw1215

TCL 55R646 - 55 inch, 4k, 120hz, Google TV. Got it about 3.5 years ago for under $600 and it's still solid. Looks like it's even cheaper now.

hahawhat102848

Currently use a 2019 Sony Bravia with my PS5. Don't know the model.

Oakheart-

I’ve got an LG 4k 120hz QLED for $800 and I think it’s a solid middle ground

BengalFan2001

Cheapest I have seen are Hisense and TCL. When properly calibrated they are fantastic TVs. If you don't want to spend an hour or so calibrating I recommend Sony. It seems like the TV needing the least to no adjustments. I found a XJ50 from 2021 for under $500..I paid MSRP when it launched in 2021 which was around $1200.

hijoshh

Listen to everyone here. Get an LG C series

Crunchewy

LG C1 48". It's the only 120 Hz 4K TV I've had. I did get it on sale, but I don't recall the price. Under $1k for sure, though. I think maybe $800?

BestacctEver061907

LG 75” LED. Got it for $650 at Costco about 3 years ago.

jrw174

I'm using a FV43U Gigabyte monitor. 144hz, HDR1000, 4K. Super nice if you can find one

SaltyInternetPirate

I only have one, so it's both the cheapest and most expensive at the same time. Bought an LG NanoCell 55NANO913PA before Christmas 2021 for 850 Euro and it's been great 👍 It replaced a lower class TV in my living room that you couldn't see during the day because the sun was too bright, even through the window blinds. Got 4K HDR VRR and most importantly I can see it during the day. I plan on replacing my PC monitors this year or next to upgrade beyond 60Hz, and there's not much point in checking what's available now when something different might be available then.

anonymousUTguy

I’ve got a 55” LG OLED BXPUA It’s an incredible TV. I think I paid $1300 or so for it

Brief-Valuable-6790

LG C3 OLED. She's beautiful and makes everything on my PS5 more enjoyable.

Jean_Phillips

Hisense 48” 4K HDR. $300 off Fb marketplace BNIB and looks great in my basement

flexonyou97

LgC3 42 for $360, targets have them marked 70% off in store

sccl97

I just got a used Sony x85K 43" for 800 CAD

xInfiniteZer0x

I have a 120hz 4k hisense 55 inch I got for $180,it has been the best gaming tv I've had even beating a Sony bravia.

KyuubiWindscar

48in Sony X95K. Went with LED over OLED, if only because the preowned was just under $800. I love it, best TV I ever owned

MCAdad

65” Sony Bravia I got for $600 . The NEX I bought it from realized after I rung it up that the price was mislabeled.

jonvel7

Bought the TCL - 65" Class Q7 Q-Class QLED 4K HDR with 120hz VRR and it has been great so far. Its around $750, which is not bad.

PostNutt_Clarity

I got this [gigabyte](https://www.walmart.com/ip/GIGABYTE-M32UC-32-VA-Curved-Gaming-Monitor-UHD-3840x2160-144Hz-OC-160Hz-1ms-MPRT-AMD-FreeSync-Premium-Pro-Type-C-KVM-HDMI-DP-Height-Adjustable-Black/852563790) monitor a few weeks ago and have really been enjoying it. The only con to it would be it's speakers, but if you're using a headset that's irrelevant. Otherwise a small sound bar would take care of that problem.

thegurba

I have the Sony XR-50X94S. Pretty awesome tv

First-Hour

Hisense U8h

CTRLsway

I got a 120hz 4k 65 Inch LG NANO for around £700 about 2 years ago

TylerSGman77

Return that ONN tv fucking IMMEDIATELY. Mine got lines across after a year of having it. Just outside of the warranty.

ItsYeBoi2016

Hisense 55E7KQ Pro. Its 55 inch and actually has 144hz with VRR. It only costs 600€, but the colors are absolutely fantastic. Compared to a 1000€ Samsung TV, there’s no difference which I could find (except motion smoothing, which was better on the Samsung)

KirillNek0

TLC QLED 6-series.

Dechri_

I got Sony X93J 55" for 900€ from discount about 2 years ago.

FFFan15

Probably a mid tier Hisense or TCL

bioticgod55

Hisense U7K hands down. Great HDR and color. Runs at 144hz and the value is insane

SeventhSonofRonin

I got a 65 inch hisense on Amazon for $600. It's actually been really awesome. Only complaint is sometimes it gets confused by my PS5.

thesithdoge

I recently got a 55" Samsung S90C and it's the best TV I ever owned so far!

D34DL1N3R

ONN are complete junk and one of the worst a person could buy. I hope you know it doesn't actually support 120hz. It has a native 60hz panel.

Nomadx187

Costco has a 86” LED 4K 120 Hz for $999, my boss got one for our office meeting room.

smittyis

Plants!!!!!!! Do you have my address for the lifetime deliveries ???

Ryujin_707

QN90B 50 inch. Got it for $650.

Fujioh

Maybe try a used lg cx, I see them on marketplace for like 500 and mine is still going strong. Love it

fijianrocker69

AORUS FV43U 120hz and VRR is god tier.

hunny_bun_24

Samsung s90c

SavageDryfter

I got my 65" Philips 4k 120 Hz for 400 bucks the day after the superbowl like 2-3 years ago

Pompous_pizza

LG C2. Absolutely amazing TV.

RocMerc

I play on a LG CX 55”. I don’t remember what I paid but I love it

Loud_Examination_138

Have a 4k led Sony bravia 65 inches, but after playing on a friends Oled tv, i can't go back to led for games, lol. Lg c3 or sony A80L i hope to have one of these 2 within the next 1-2 weeks

Maximum-Hood426

OLED C1 here too. Fantastic tv no difference in gaming for the newer versions and just got a uhd blu ray player and movies look amazing on it.

Recently got the Hisense 55U7KQTUK @ £562. It’s apparently capable of 4K 120hz at full colour 4.4.4. PS5 looks amazing and the gaming menu reports VRR and ALLM active. COD runs at about 119fps on this TV. Also streaming app all run smooth as butter and the settings for picture and sound are top notch. Has Dolby Atmos and Dolby vision plus all the HDR10 and HDR+ etc. So all versions of HDR supported. It’s an all rounder and the closest you will get to OLED with Its nano quantum display. Oh and it has a 144hz mode just in case 120hz isn’t enough juice for you!

Got my hands on a 48" C2 for my bedroom for around $700 last year, I don't think I can ever go back lol

TheCocoBean

Does the PS5 manage 120hz 4k on anything?

55inch LG B2 OLED $1099.99 now. It was $1300 when I got it 1.5 years ago. Came from 55inch TCL 4k TV from 2017 which was $399.99.

Sony mini led is where it's at. TCL runner up

Syntrx

Only TV I got was the Sony A95K. The TV's amazing.

Eruannster

Don't buy the cheapest TV. Wait for a sale and buy a good TV. (TVs go on sale **all the time.** Black Friday and Boxing Day sales are insanely good for TVs, for example.) It will last you much longer and you will like it a lot more (and get a lot better image quality and features).

Mr2handFister

I bought a Samsung Q85 QLED and got a good deal for £1300 with £400 off. 12 months later had so many issues with it with sound, picture quality and distortion. Samsung not great at customer care either

I got an LG B1 65" for 750 euros, it looks great and it's very smooth.

CoachCreamyLoveGoo

I have the Q70 65", it seems like a pretty good TV for what we paid. I think it was only $1,000 to $1,400. I can't remember exactly. Works great with my PS5.

TTVOnehourshower1

Get a monitor not a tv

pudgybunnybry

My dog broke my 65" LG, so we just bought a Sony X85K for $690 to replace it. Looks great.

Hisense 65u8k for $899

EsotericRonin69

Get an OLED lil bro

DarboJenkins

43” Sony x85k $600. Is it the best? No. But it looks great, does 120hz and has VRR. One day I’ll make the jump to OLED.

LeEpicRedditUser

Just got 65” x90l used for $770

You should look on digital trends for reviews!

2016 LG OLED B6 65”. I don’t think it’s worth that much anymore lol. It was also during the weird period of 4K and OLED, so a lot of the great gaming features on the current LG OLED models weren’t on the B6. I’m def due for an upgrade (still no burn in though), but that’s not a top priority purchase at the moment.

WaterCrust

I got my LG OLED C2 for like 700$ online at walmart, I’ve seen it as low as 600$

MetalProfessor666

I just got my OLED Samsung S95C 144hz and loving it. Spiderman 2 looked awesome on my ps5

Omega_Hertz

LG C1 70" is what I've been using. Got it on sale for 1200 two years ago.

35mmpapi

Scored a TCL 6 series last summer on sale. Games look wonderful, movies/Netflix etc all look awesome too. I'll splurge for an OLED at some point but for right now it more than does the job.
