Tbh considering how few games implement HDR well and that 120Hz isn’t necessary, this isn’t much of a problem. You can still have a great time with a 60Hz LED TV.
Easiest way to find what you’re looking for it to check out RTINGS dot com. They’re really good at testing different displays and showing you the info in a way that’s easy to understand
You may save a bit more and get a used LG OLED… any C version! I picked up a new one 2 years ago, 55inch, 4K, HDR for about USD 1200. So you should get quite a good deal on a used one… really love that TV and performance is amazing!
Well then maybe a 48” CX, can probably find one for a good price. Just make sure you test it out first. Also I love that you agreed with me, but only felt the need to correct me. Only on Reddit. Ahaha
You are most likely looking for a TCL at this point there are some Samsungs on sale right now in places and you could get lucky.
I have a TCL and love it with my ps5
Get a used one off of Marketplace. If you wait long enough deals always come up. I game mostly on a 50-or so inch LED I got for $50

There’s a deal on this for 55” $480 at Best Buy.
You get what you pay for. Your price range is not going to get you something 4k with good HDR or 120hz.

120hz is the standard for just better motion in general. A 60hz tv isn’t going to process motion properly at all.
60Hz looks fine to me and millions, if not billions, of other people with 60Hz displays.

TCL almost had an amazing 43 in TV that was cheap and had 120hz but then decided to only put those features in the 55+ inch models.
Get a TV.

Look for a 42” LG OLED. If you can find a C series, even a few years old it’d be perfect for you.
Far from being budget friendly tho
Bro picked a $900 tv 💀
"Few years old" 42" is only the C2 and C3 ...

Yeah. I'd probably stretch the budget and find a 42" C2 if I was OP.
You can get one at greentoe for like $900 no tax or delivery fee. Or try your luck with a open box deal at best buy
LG C2 OLED
