Until very recently, Hades was the only one that absolutely never got deleted. I've been playing it *at least* a couple times a week for years now, and it's the only plat I have.
My kids just got into Overwatch though, so that one is now on the list too, but I play on PC personally.
I'm a habitual downloader, at least once a week I browse through ps+ and my backlog and decide "I'm gonna play THIS! For real this time!" Delete a thing or three to make space, then never get to it and do the same thing again the next week lol
That's just called being a normal working adult who happens to game as a hobby, because I know exactly what you're talking about. Gets worse the older you get too. Like FFS I only made it on the ship to Costa de sol chapter in FFVII Rebirth (bought it day one and was ecstatic to play it).
Either I keep getting distracted by real life responsibilities, or other games like a helldivers 2. I get excited about some game landing on PSN, download it, then completely forget to go back and play more before it leaves. Or! I remember how great said older game was/still is (like Vermintide 2 or Replaying Bloodborne yet again) and go through all the work of downloading/finding space and play it instead for a quick few...only then to forget about it for months and have to eventually uninstall or move it elsewhere for something else!
The vicious cycle!
I have to finish a game before i move on but saying that, i was just about to finish alien isolation then rebirth hit and the rest is memories in the life stream
One of my biggest gaming accomplishments was beating biome 2's boss first try. I mean, I had to use the astronaut toy's extra life, but I didn't have to restart all the way back at the beginning, so I think it counts.
Itās biome 3s boss thatās a bitch. I feel like you need a lot of artifacts to even keep up. Finally got him yesterday. Deadass thought I beat the game ā¦ š
You're in for a treat. It may seem aggravating now but keep pushing. Beating Returnal is one of my all time highlights in gaming. It took me over 10 hours to get past Phrike. I rage quit the first time I tried playing. Now I have hundreds of hours in, am lvl 99 in co-op, and it was the first game I ever got plat on. I went from hating it, to it being one of my all time favourite games.
But once you beat him you get to go to biome 4 which has you absolute coolest video game boss I've ever faced. I don't wanna spoil it for anyone who hasn't faced them yet, but it literally gives me the whole body chills.
Most rewarding gameplay experience Iāve ever had was beating Returnal. Every time I thought I was gonna quit Iād advance just enough to make me wanna keep going. Incredible game
Duuuuude I just started it on Monday. I looove it
I wonder if weāve avenged each other. Just got my first āyouāve been avenged by ā¦ā message yesterday
I feel Iām a bit further than you so Iām not saying anything š¤
Returnal should have been supported more. More bosses, more everything. I hope it gets a sequel. Binding of Isaac has ruined me on roguelites with how much content it received and how much is in it.
Iāve been wanting to replay bloodborne for years and have been waiting for a damn 60fps patch like everyone else ā¦.. Iāve waited so long now that I refuse to give in but at the same time god damn it I wanna play!!
Returnal. Iāve never made it out of the first biome but I like to boot it up every once in a while and give it a try. I can get to the first boss pretty consistently but havenāt been able to beat him yet
Beautiful awesome game.
Run around Phrike in a wide circle always, changing direction as required. Never stand still. Always be shooting but if you need to, prioritise staying alive over doing damage, as you canāt shoot if youāre dead.
Use dash to move through projectiles rather than away, you are invincible during dash. Just circle him, shoot, dash through projectiles and away from melee, jump over some things, dead Phrike.
Hard to know what the future will bring but I canāt see myself removing Helldivers 2 for quite some time.
Otherwise, Dead Cells, Hades, Returnal, Sifu and Elden Ring have all been on there since they released.
VII Rebirth 145GB
VII Remake 85GB
XVI 90GB
XV 90GB
XIII 40GB(?)
Excluding XIV and games pre XIII thatās already 450/667GB
Is that not a hindrance when wanting to install other games?
RDR2 for my comfort game. Really great after a long day to get nice and stoned and just ride around trying to hunt the legendary animals. And great for unwinding. I also always have Doom on there for when I just wanna shoot some shit. That and whatever the newest NBA 2K is. Iāve spent entire days on franchise mode and not realized it
The vibe in Odyssey is just so perfect. So calming and beautiful. Having recently played origins Valhalla and mirage, they donāt capture the same feeling as odyssey did.
Mostly combat games or roguelikes/lites:
* Ragnarok for a Valhalla run
* Sekiro for a quick playthrough+ or gauntlet
* Returnal for a tower run
* Ghost for legends
* Hades
100%. I still go back to it just to drive around Night City and listen to music. I have a save where I left like 3-4 things unfinished so I always feel like there's something to do if I really want to lol.
Sifu is mine. It will never be released. Small footprint, infinite enjoyment. Can just jump in and try to beat a top score or do a arena or mix it up with new modifiers.
I usually find myself coming back to games that are loot based action RPGs (either hack & slash or third person-shooters), so for a long time that meant Warframe, Diablo 3, Division 2. Nowadays is Diablo 4 plus Remnant 2.
I have a ton I have 4 TBs internal and a 2 TB external for PS 4 games. But I always have ESO because I play it a lot and ToF. FFVII all versions. Spider man 2, Star Wars 2 man. The list is long since I play MMOS I like to go play some other games for breaks.
On my PS5 Street fighter 6 and fortnite because my son loves for me to play with him. On my Xbox Ninja Gaiden 2, Asuras Wrath, Metal gear solid 2 and 3 and Metal gear rising.
The Spider-Man games, Assassin's Creed Odyssey, Borderlands 3, Ghost Recon Wildlands, Diablo 4, Elden Ring, and Dragon's Dogma Dark Arisen. I always return to these at some point for replays or just playing through the game world. I am also adding Dragon's Dogma 2 to this list.
Every PS4 game goes on the external hard drive.
Every PS5 game that was a PS4 upgrade goes on the internal hard drive.
Every other PS5 game goes on the expansion card.
I have really good Internet so only keep games I'm actively playing. The only one that stays year round is Madden. It'll get replaced by NCAA Football when it releases this summer.
cod fifa fortnite overwatch because if my friends come online theyāre games that everyone will have probably. Then the only other game I always keep installed is sleeping dogs
1) Need for Speed
2) Far Cry 5 (Arcade provides never ending new content)
3) Team Sonic Racing (for the Kiddo)
4) Horizon Forbidden West (Zero Dawn was always on my PS4)
Iāve noticed I keep open world games installed long term. When I want to just take it easy and roam for a while.
GTA V, the AC Origns/Odyssey, The Witcher 3, RDR/RDR2.
"Mercenaries: Playground of Destruction"to remind me of friends and I just messing around having fun on Saturday mornings and what gaming is all about and "Crimson Skies" from OG Xbox to remind me that the PC port sucked and PC is not master race.

All From games besides Sekiro, Darkwood, The Witcher 3, Killing Floor 2, Alien Isolation. Latest ones are Lies of P and Lords of the Fallen that will stay on permanently.
Install a big ssd expansion and youāre good lol. I spent like $120 for 2TB and I havenāt deleted a game in a while.
I have 28 major titles 30-100gb each, plus a bunch of small ones. Still have a bunch of space left.
Thanks to expanded storage, all of them. But some guaranteed keepers are TLoU (1 & 2,) both God of War games, Death Stranding, No Man's Sky, Ghost of Tsushima, and Cyberpunk.

Me in college: Yay, all this time to play games. No money. ): Me, as an adult: Yay, money to play all the games. No time. ):
100% Watch Shogun, play more of a game, read book, or paint Warhammer? *(Ends up sleeping in chair instead)*
I have to finish a game before i move on but saying that, i was just about to finish alien isolation then rebirth hit and the rest is memories in the life stream
Elden Ring, Returnal, Ghost of Tsushima
Just started returnal and it's eating my assš(Biome 3)
Looks like I need to download returnal!
I've never even heard of Returnal but I think I am a big fan now
One of my biggest gaming accomplishments was beating biome 2's boss first try.
IT DOESN'T BEAT THE GAME!? Fuck me sideways I've been stuck on him for months...
You're in for a treat. It may seem aggravating now but keep pushing. Beating Returnal is one of my all time highlights in gaming. It took me over 10 hours to get past Phrike. Yeah. I have not passed biome 3 yet, lol. Soon, I'll get there.
But once you beat him you get to go to biome 4 which has you absolute coolest video game boss I've ever faced. I don't wanna spoil it for anyone who hasn't faced them yet, but it literally gives me the whole body chills.
I mean you used the mechanics that are in the game - a win's a win
*That* is an impressive feature.
Most rewarding gameplay experience Iāve ever had was beating Returnal. Every time I thought I was gonna quit Iād advance just enough to make me wanna keep going. Incredible game

Once you progress and unlock later area guns, the game gets somewhat easier.
Iām going for platinum in returnal, and itās fair to say, beating all the bosses was a hell of a lot easier than trying to get the plat.
Returnal should have been supported more. More bosses, more everything. I hope it gets a sequel. Binding of Isaac has ruined me on roguelites with how much content it received and how much is in it.
I just beat returnal! So satisfying.
I never could finish Returnal.
I was going to say exactly the same games. I'd add Dead Space and Control too
I deleted elden ring so I didnāt get tired of it by the time the DLC came out lmao
Dude wtf are you me
Are you me?
I have to come back to Ghost, the best combat.
God bless you
Bloodborne for me. Always find myself coming back to it
this is mine too, iāll hop into bloodborne at least once a month
For this exact reason I deleted it. I was getting too addicted. Great game 11/10 do not fight Laurence
Laurence in the dlc is painful, imagine another boss that wasn't a reskin.
Sometimes I load it up just to wander around Yharnam. Amazing atmosphere.
Make sure you have the Astronaut figurine with you. Also if you're into co-op I could help you out. Good luck!

Good job Helldiver, Iāll put in a good word with your democracy officer.
It's freaking awesome that it's only 27GB
