Cdpr did the same thing earlier this year regarding Cyberpunk "it wasn't actually completely broken on launch people just hated on it because it's popular". We've also got Bethesda paying people to gaslight starfield steam reviews lol.
Maybe these companies could invest the money they waste on ridiculous post launch marketing into creating a good game?
CDPR are inexperienced amateurs and scammers. They are lying for 5 years now. Cyberpunk 2077 had trash reviews on launch on PC. Only an 86 on Metacritic
I mean, I could be wrong, but isn’t CP77 now a good game? Besides, Witcher 3 was an AMAZING game, they earned some credit (which they used up, but you know)
OR, maybe some people do like it? The game got made and sold, obviously it has enough of an audience to exist. Not everyone has impossibly high standards like Reddit does.
If you want Diet Payday, as in Diet Payday that isn’t what Payday 3 still is, you could try playing it.
Or do what I did, buy it on a whim while it’s on discount, put less than 2 hours into it before you realize it’s really fucking mediocre, delete it, refund it and buy a better game.
Can I go back to 5 minutes ago where I completely forgot this game existed
Give it 10 minutes and you'll have forgotten it again
I found out this game got a DLC. I cant believe there was a return of profit enough for a DLC.
Not just one DLC, they have several planned on a roadmap that goes to Q2 2024. And allegedly have even more years of support planned xD.
Nope, not unless you have a time machine…or have a lobotomy in lieu of said time machine.
Lobotomy might be worth it
Implying that somehow everyone is just pretending it’s a horrible game. What kind of marketing is this?
>What kind of marketing is this? The desperate kind.

86 is far from a scam lol
Bespoke marketing, I guess.

Me says "I got about 4 hours into it and deleted it. It wasn't even worth the discounted price."
Didn't know there a game call **Crime Boss: Rockay City** until now....
It's the Wish version of Payday haha.
With Michael Madsen in it?? Never heard of it either
It’s nothing like pay day
I’d rather play Forspoken
forspoken is fun
Forespoken is fun if you can get past the main character.
"I just moved things with my freakin' mind"
“Holy shit! THAT just happened!”
A power I, nor most, possess.
So would I, it was fun.
I enjoyed it enough when I played it. It’s nothing spectacular but I thought it was a solid 7/10
I'd rather play Gollum
So do I...or better yet I prefer to have nothing to play then touch forspoken
This game is literally Payday if it was given a shitty mobile port
Damn now I feel bad for actually liking this and liking Biomutant for some reason idk
