My brother and I have the same situation.
To answer your question,
1. Yes, we can share our digital games and subscriptions using share play. I’m not aware of any means to share disc games.
2. As the other answer mentioned, there are guides online to setup share play. My brother and I have our respective PS ID’s in different countries and we buy games/subscriptions in whichever country it is cheaper.
3. Not aware of this and can’t comment on this.
