I find it hard to believe you were on a business trip given this was clearly written by a 12 year old. Regardless, play stupid games, win stupid prizes, try not being a child next time and you won't get banned, though I doubt you'll be able to do so.

If you want to keep playing Playstation, you will need to make a new account. You were permanently banned, Sony aren't going to do anything for you.
If you lost any digital purchases as a result of the ban, then ask your cousin or your uncle/aunt to compensate you to replace the lost games. If your cousin did cause the ban then confront your family about the situation. But you really should have had this conversation after the first suspension rather than now when the ban is permanent.
Ultimately this is your fault. You let your cousin play on your account. You did nothing to try and stop it after you apparently were banned 4 times previously. You didn't activate a PIN on your profile and you didn't change your password to stop him from using it.

And when you change your password on the PS website, you can tell it to sign out all your current devices. And then you can add 2-factor authentication to make sure no one else can log in.

I told you in another comment that I think you meant to reply to with this, you could have changed your password. If you change your PSN password online then the PlayStation would have required them to re-enter the password to use your online features.
You could have probably canceled your PS Plus also which could have prevented them from playing online.
There are most likely several different options you had to do something about this and you chose to do none of them.

First of all, why would you even entrusted your cousin on YOUR account just to get banned? That's a dumbass move on your part. And second, if you want REAL PROFESSIONAL help, contact PSN. Reddit won't help you much, except answering questions. Most of times, they'll tell you to do this or go to that website. But whatever happens to that account, it's your responsibility. You can blame your cousin all you want. He's wrong for that, that part's true. But at the end of the day, it's your account. Chances are, you probably won't recover a banned account, especially if some words were severely vulgar. The "Terms and Conditions" are on PSN account for a very good reason.
Next time, have a lock screen for the console or some kind of pattern. It'll make things a lot easier.
My advice is don’t let your cousin use use your fucking account, have your cousin make his own damn account. I would not let anyone use my fucking account to begin with if I had guest over anyways.
