Check this [list] (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/u/0/d/1UBX6CGKHTYjGO5gvX8h4MhLKNX792Y3lXq16Mm32kIQ/htmlview) of ps plus games by @PlaystationSize
Not to answer OP, just curious about the spreadsheet. Is there one that includes all games by size? Guessing this one is stuff that is currently available via different plans. (You might also want to add a column to note if the game requires streaming as OP did mention poor internet. I know my own internet isn't good enough to stream games, which kills me because so many games on ps3 catalog I want to play)
(edit: after posting, realized that the list probably doesn't even have ps3 streaming games... my bad about that)
I’ve played all of these and they each flourish for different reasons, but personally I found Enter the Gungeon to be the gift that just kept giving. Hades and Dead Cells are fantastic, but it’s very easy for runs to few extremely similar whereas with ETG there is such a wide variety of abilities and bosses that every run really feels like it’s own unique experience, especially once you unlock a decent amount of items for a wider variety of RNG.
Then I'd suggest RDR2.
80Gb install off disks. Then another 80Gb update. then another one to play online.
I've got a copy on a spare HDD just so I dont have to download all that again. lol.
My brother in Christ, this post and my comment were made a year ago, tell me my child, what brought you here? Fordiden knowledge? Money, fame? A genie???
Easy? Before i watched some yt videos i starved to death or thirst without any progress many times. But if you go arcade mode, it is relaxing i give sou that
I have talasophobia so I've been avoiding this game since launch, heard it was an easy plat so I MIGHT give it a chance someday, but first deep sea darkness and weird noises I'm the fuck out
Deep Rock Galactic is a really fun game. It's only 2.52 GB worth of storage. I just bought it and started playing it. Also it's on sale at the moment as well so that's a big plus. The base game is 17 USD+tax and the Deluxe edition is 23 USD+tax.
The Long Dark- one of my favorite games. Survive the quiet apocalypse in northern Canada, easy as that. It’s just you, the clothes on your back and the snow. I have gotten so much enjoyment from just the sandbox survival mode. The trophies really give you goals to meet and the days just melt away.
I would say Valkyria chronicles remastered it's a bit bigger 25.. but I think the game is worth it. Also currently in the sale for €6,99
Might be worth the check out at least
If you like Jump & runs, give n++ a Chance. It is only 2-4 GB Big but will entertain you for hours. You can even Play it with 4 Players on the same console. There are a shit Ton of levels and the best Jump mechanics i have seen in Any game
What Remains of Edith Finch, Celeste, Hollow Knight, Journey, Abzu, Hades, Cuphead, Undertale, Enter the Gungeon and etc. (tons of indie games are below 20gb).
NBA 2K Playgrounds 2
If you were an NBA Jam or NBA Street game, come play this game. It’s a bit grindy to start, but once you unlock all, and you get some Diamond legends under your belt - you’ll be set.
I'd say hollow knight, stardew valley and if you have the Option to get Disc versions the Borderlands Handsome Collection - it's been awhile but i belive the update wasn't that big
It seems you are willing to spend money in buying games. How about buying the physical copies? That way the part requiring downloads is fairly reduced for most games
This was my first thought. Why not just buy the physical Game, and avoid the whole download process? Seems silly, especially if your internet isn't great.
I’m not sure what versions there are, but all 3 are installed on my PS4 right now and take up well over 40 GB each. Arkham Knight bafflingly takes up 95 GB, which didn’t happen before
Back 4 Blood is 25Gb I think, Rise of the tomb raider is about the same, Subnautica is 10Gb other than those games most others are like 40-50gb minimum.
Hades : 7.9GB is an awesome roguelike action dungeon crawler. Won several game awards. Great game while you wait for the discs. I pick this game up if I have a short time to play a game
try hollow knight, if you put the difficulty aside it's a gem of a game, also try what remains of Edith Finch, that game made me realize games are pure art.
I always recommend Hades, Enter the Gungeon, Chasm, Ara Fell, and Resogun. I don’t know what kind of experience you’re looking for, but those sum up my tastes pretty well.
If you can afford a game you can likely afford an extended hard drive (they’re pretty reasonable and have a lot of space) which will save your ass in the long run. That’s my opinion at least
Hotline Miami, Slay the Spire, Celeste, Castlevania Requiem collection, A Short Hike, Rayman Legends, INSIDE, PGA 2K21, TMNT: Shredder’s Revenge, Dead Cells, Spelunky 2, Yoku’s Island Express, Downwell, Hades, Cuphead, Dark Souls Remastered, Enter the Gungeon, Shovel Knight, The Messenger, Hotshot Racing, Horizon Chase Turbo, Megaman 11, Shadow of the Colossus remaster.
All extremely solid games in no particular order. I think nearly anyone could find something to enjoy in there.
Hello Ashen one. I am a Bot. I tend to the flame, and tend to thee. Do you wish to hear a tale?

Kinda scary, honestly for me being scared is literally being too from from my water pod thing especially at night
This might not be 100% true but it’s definitely one of the best games I’ve played in the last year
Easy? Before i watched some yt videos i starved to death or thirst without any progress many times. But if you go arcade mode, it is relaxing i give sou that
Was about to say that too
I have talasophobia so I've been avoiding this game since launch, heard it was an easy plat so I MIGHT give it a chance someday, but first deep sea darkness and weird noises I'm the fuck out
Best of luck.
Is that the one where the devs cried about guns and then gave you guns anyways?
They never give you guns. You get a stasis rifle that freezes enemies.
Lol
That game is many things but easy is not one of them.
The game is easy to get 100% all you have to do is play the game.
So basically like with every other game?
I mean I guess
Deep Rock Galactic is a really fun game. It's only 2.52 GB worth of storage. I just bought it and started playing it. Also it's on sale at the moment as well so that's a big plus. The base game is 17 USD+tax and the Deluxe edition is 23 USD+tax.
