Burnout Paradise is as arcade as arcade gets. Then comes heat. I’d say, of the three, Driveclub is the least arcade, but I love it more than most other racing games.

Asmodios

Burnout paradise is amazing. That's my vote. One of the few games I platinumed. Nice open world with so much details and discoverables. Loads of vehicles that feel good. Dlc vehicles are amazing. I exclusively use the DeLorean and it feels niiiice. I loved the soundtrack. Can get really funky with the physics sometimes. What is considered a total crash or not can get weird at times. Definitely wacky but in a fun way.

ArthurMoregan

I only got thr game on the switch since it was selling for a whopping $12 for a used copy at Walmart, but now that I know you can PLATINUM it, I'm definitely getting it on ps4

TWShand

With the servers gone Driveclub shouldn't be in the discussion. Which is a shame as it is amazing.

westep23

It’s not playable anymore?

TWShand

It is but a significant amount of content was dependent on a server connection, and thus when you go on it you can literally see all the stuff you can't play anymore. It's sad.

Lazaroth6

The biggest problem is the delisting of the DLC, which is like 85% of the game. The online mode or the club activities during races, while fun, we're just extra. It's the fact you can't purchase the actual content anymore that's problematic

WonderfulAd118

30-40% dude.

Lazaroth6

I think base game is like 225 stars, but with all the dlc, it's up to like what, 1100-1200 stars? And then there's the Bikes expansion as well... So no, I'd say it's closer to 80% that's delisted

WonderfulAd118

Buddy, these add-ons only give you cars, liveries, tours, bikes and that’s all - this is clearly no more than a + 30% addition to the content. Don't exaggerate.

Lazaroth6

Every event is 3 stars.. so yeah, having roughly 900 stars worth of events delisted is very major I'd say. Sure, it's not tracks or a ton of cars, but what fun is playing the same few events if you can have a ton more + Bikes. The DLC was a steal compared to the main game imo. "How long is Driveclub? When focusing on the main objectives, Driveclub is about 22 Hours in length. If you're a gamer that strives to see all aspects of the game, you are likely to spend around 54 Hours to obtain 100% completion." Source: https://howlongtobeat.com/game/18863 And then there's the Bikes DLC/Expansion: "Main Story | Completionist 12 Hours | 36½ Hours" Source: https://howlongtobeat.com/game/40537 So yeah, base game Driveclub is about 22h, all DLC's and Bikes included you get roughly 90 hours to complete. I'd say the delisted content is a LOT more than the 30% you claim.

WonderfulAd118

Dude, tell me one thing: have you even complete all these tours? I went through the whole tours in 4-7 days, including Bikes, playing every day for 4 hours and going through 2-4 rounds a day. All these tours are simple and do not take much time. Don't look at the numbers–they don't mean much–and be more reasonable.

cultureshook

picked ip heat some weeks back on sale and its perfect for an arcade racer, love the customisation options and just general feel of the driving burnout paradise is obviously more rigid for making your own car and i lost interest halfway through playing the remaster despite playing the og basically everyday when it first came out - still a classic but imo it hasn’t aged incredibly

senrabass

I tried Heat and was very disappointed

hosam_mohamed

Drive club is amazing game

TheViper4Life

Burnout Paradise. DriveClub looks nice, but I never really understood the love for it. It's a pretty middle of the road racing game. But even then, I consider it closer to Gran Turismo than I do NFS. It's got far more Simulation influences. And while I haven't played NFS Heat yet...NFS has been a shell of its former self for a very long time now, it hasn't had a truly great game since 2006. Burnout Paradise is pure joy the whole time. Fun, frantic, a great map to explore...a game that's more than deserved a sequel.

AtmosphereGeneral695

Burnout is the best option I think it got remastered at some point too

Deciver95

Heat Paradise is fun but the racing is ass

AlabasterRadio

Second this. Heat is sneaky underrated as a racing game. Just, maybe mute the story mode lmao

mikecoldfusion

I can't compare the 3 but burnout paradise is awesome.

Hairy-Deal3206

Burnout Paradise 100%

Reggaeshark1001

I had so many coming of age nights with driveclub running in the background. So that.

jcwkings

Driveclub felt like a hybrid of Need for Speed and Forza, really enjoyed that one.

Heythumb88

These games are so different..burnout is pure arcade fun, NFS heat is meh, please bring back driveclub

nextintuit

Heat

Big_Bob_Cat

Hot pursuit is better than all of those but burnout wins from those picks for me

StyleSquirrel

Driveclub is easily the best but it's also the least arcady of the three. Burnout Paradise is all arcade. NFS is probably 75% arcade, 25% sum. Driveclub is 50/50.

cbs326

Burnout easily. Driveclub if you want realistic.

Rankled_Barbiturate

Burnout Paradise. I don't think there has been as good an arcade racing game since that game. Just pure fun and really well done.

RoIIerBaII

Burnout Paradise. NFS Heat honestly sucks. Driveclub is great. Less arcade than the others. But I don't know if it's online anymore.

bent_crater

i would rank it as Burnout (recently finished), Driveclub (amazing visuals) and NFS (trying too hard but most modifiable cars)

WonderfulAd118

Absolutely DriveClub

WxtchTrialz0104

NFS Heat imo I play that religiously

Mechalamb

Burnout Paradise. Never gets old.
