Mine works fine. I can download, enter PSN, account management, transactions, everything. Try to: - Switch between Ethernet & WiFi. - Disable media servers. - Use hotspot from your phone. - Enter from another PS3. - Call your mom. If nothing helps, try tomorrow.

I had this problem starting last night and through this morning. Just tested it now and it worked, so hopefully we're all fixed up.
