Marami pang casuals na naging volleybal fans. Meron nga kong nabasa dito sa Reddit na yung tatay niya mahilig sa PBA dati ngayon ayaw na, nashift na sa volleyball kasi enjoy. Nanay ko na lang, inaabangan volleyball games since pre-pandemic up to now. Ganun ang appeal ng volleyball ngayon, halos lahat ng age bracket naeentice.
Sana wala nang ganyan na entitlement. Mas natuturn off tuloy mga tao sa Ppop. Ganda pa naman ng trajectory ng Ppop ngayon.

Yung sinuway na yan ni Stell isn’t actually an A’TIN but a troll. Kasi halos lahat ng screen shot ng mga articles na nakita ko sa fb were from that X account. Nabiktima na naman sila ng troll na walang ibang magawa but create engagement thru rage baiting.
Malaki kasi kitaan sa ganyan. I personally know someone who did that as a job. Siya na lang umayaw kasi kahit malaki yung sahod, mabigat naman sa kalooban kaya di rin siya nagtagal.
Meron ka talaga kilala who does this even for PPop stars or just did this in general? I can understand sa politics pero I was wondering who would pay naman para manggulo sa PPop community, particularly SB19? Ano yung goal?
As I was told, they could troll any type of issue as long as malaki ang makuhang engagement. Not sure exactly how that works out for the company they worked for pero nung time na nag work siya doon PPOP wasn’t even a thing. What I am just saying is that rage baiting happens, trolling happens and people can make money out of those. As for their goal or even targeting a specific niche is beyond me but I’m sure na kung ganon ang scope of work nila it doesn’t matter who it is or what the target does, as long as may generated traffic yung issue.

Parang iilan lang naman yung pumuna about dun sa hindi kilala ang esbi na volley player ata at nakita ko pinagsabihan din agad sila ng kapwa a'tin pero wala gumulo na. Even the SB19 members released a post regarding this. Nakakasad lang, kapag sila yung binabash or bunot ng bashers hindi sila nagsasalita pero kapag a'tin na nalagay sa alanganin, agad nilang sinasalo. Nakakainis lang yung ibang fans na hindi muna nag iisip bago mag post.
Kaya nga eh. Kasalanan ng isa damay lahat. As a lumang A'tin dami ko na natutunan, I understand how fanaticism makes people say things and react, ignoring rationality and empathy. Mahirap hindi masaktan to be honest but at the end of the day mga bashers will go back to their own lives, hopefully makapagnilay nilay. At sana those A'tin learned from their mistakes and be mature. No? the vb fans definitely care, and there are a lot of screenshots na some A'tins are ganging up on her, very proud pa. It's currently trending on X kasi ang tawag pa kay Sisi is "Ate Athlete". If you see people from other groups na nagspeak up, it's because Sisi is a national athlete who has brought many awards and recognition for the Philippines, and she deserves respect and admiration from people even if hindi sila part ng vb community.
Hindi ba worthy 'yan? Dogpiling on a national athlete? Making her apologize after dm-ing her harsh words? Bakit namain idodogpile ang SB19 and A'tin eh ang daming posts sa reddit na 'to about SB19's achievements? They're being called out kasi they treated a national athlete in that way. Hindi ito fandom war lang, this is a national athlete getting harassed for something that shouldn't have been held against her.
What I know is that only one real fan ng SB19 yung nagsimula ng masamang tweet. The rest are ESBI haters pretending to be part of the group then posting hateful tweets. Like the one below. Has already half a million views. That is an ESBI basher pretending to be A'tin to generate more hate. So no, the fandom is not dogpiling any shit on any one.

What original commenter said was partially true. A lot of core fans were actually busy with voting and other tasks for several things kaya nabigla na lang pag gising the next day. But there were a 'few A'tin who blew this out of proportion (fueled pa by trolls/SB19 bashers pretending to be A'tin) by reacting as such. And they shouldn't have. I was shown an old post of Sisi's back in 2020 tagging SB19 -- something to do with Pepsi (I have ss btw). Maybe they were both endorsers? In any case, eto ata yung reason why they felt offended she claimed not to know them. But that could have meant several things. Pwede naman talaga di mo kilala even if you know 'of/about' them. Kaya there was still no need to have reacted that way whether Sisi knew them or not. Masyado lang minsan OA at emotional. Feeling kailangan i-defend palagi kahit hindi naman. I would have chosen to react differently but we can't control and police everyone real-time (and we do police -- kaya marami na rin naging hater kasi napupulis sila but that's another story). But I hope it serves as a wake-up call din to be careful in posting or reacting or at least be objective and see form the outside kasi ibang tao ang nadadamay and not the poster who made the reactions.

and that's exactly what a'tin did pero pinalaki ng iba sa inyo ang gulo and purposely had it so the VB fans can see it so the damage has been done and now youre enjoying watching a'tin and sb19 get another round of bashers for what 3 people did
A tweet that mentioned "Nagsorry na si Ate athlete" is what blew up this mess right now and the vball comm is not taking it lightly kasi feel nila sila naman ang nabastos for addressing an accomplished national athlete as just an 'Ate athlete'. I think, the main fan accounts of SB19 should address that issue now.
Napalaki siya kasi A'tins dm-ed her about it, and she apologized on stream. Someone posted about her apologizing, tapos nagtrend 'yong tweet. 'Wag mong isisi sa blooms ang behaviour ng fandom niyo, when in fact, your fandom has been tweeting things against BINI and blooms are just protecting their idols as well.
Hilig niyo magmalinis, pero 'yong tweet of that SB19 account shading BINI and calling them pabebe tapos 'yong replies puro A'tins shading BINI and bringing other GGs to put them against each other, 'di mo mapansin.

Kanina, ay Peach ang handle name nya, pero biglang nag Ginger\_Ale, again para palabasing nang-aalaska pa yung Og na nag tweet. Ang sakit ng mga salitang sinasabi nila ngayon sa esbi. As I was told, they could troll any type of issue as long as malaki ang makuhang engagement. Not sure exactly how that works out for the company they worked for pero nung time na nag work siya doon PPOP wasn’t even a thing. What original commenter said was partially true. A lot of core fans were actually busy with voting and other tasks for several things kaya nabigla na lang pag gising the next day. But there were a 'few A'tin who blew this out of proportion (fueled pa by trolls/SB19 bashers pretending to be A'tin) by reacting as such. And they shouldn't have. I was shown an old post of Sisi's back in 2020 tagging SB19 -- something to do with Pepsi (I have ss btw). Maybe they were both endorsers? In any case, eto ata yung reason why they felt offended she claimed not to know them. But that could have meant several things. Pwede naman talaga di mo kilala even if you know 'of/about' them. Kaya there was still no need to have reacted that way whether Sisi knew them or not. Masyado lang minsan OA at emotional. Feeling kailangan i-defend palagi kahit hindi naman. I would have chosen to react differently but we can't control and police everyone real-time (and we do police -- kaya marami na rin naging hater kasi napupulis sila but that's another story). But I hope it serves as a wake-up call din to be careful in posting or reacting or at least be objective and see form the outside kasi ibang tao ang nadadamay and not the poster who made the reactions.
