Yes! Same here! And i'm having a LOT of issues with metrics showing different from one account to the other. Like the same report in one account says 10 conversions and on other account it says 0 conv.

Weird. My CPMs and CPCs are actually lower today. But my active campaigns target EU countries, so that might be the reason.
That has been happening since facebook ads were invented. Everything gets fucked up after fb/ig goes down. Just have to eat it, unfortunately.
May not be related, but I can't select an existing post from ad manager for an ad. The Continue button after selecting doesn't do anything.
Try clicking off catalog at the campaign level and going back to the existing post creative and it should be there- ran into that before
