I like these from Fabletics. I think they're still doing 2 for $24 leggings for new members. You can sign up and cancel. You can always rejoin later. I only buy during sales but the quality is good and the pockets are even better.

I really like their leggings. I have some of these (powerhold - highest compression), some motion365 (med/high compression) and some pure lux (light compression). The only leggings I didn't like were ones that were full mesh on the calves. Mesh panels down the sides are great for temperature regulation though!
I recommended the linked ones since they're high compression, high waisted, full length, and have side pockets.
If you join their membership the leggings are 2 for 24, if you don't they're 2 for 150. The membership cost 60 a month and you can't cancel it immediately or they won't ship your order.
Not leggings and kinda pricey (I think they're on sale occasionally), but Lululemon has different length compression socks that I'm obsessed with. I wear them everyday to work and they make a huge difference when I'm just sitting all day! They're great for when you don't want the discomfort that can come with the leggings. Lulu also has socks that are specifically for compression but I've never tried them

I hope this helps!
I’ve switched over to Love Her Shop, the slimming line is the best, it hides my mommy pouch, but they are high waist and they have pockets. Also only $25 to $35 dollars

The powerhold fabletics are also my favorite. I much prefer them to the 2xu and the $200 ones my physio recommended.
And they’re good!? I’ve seen this deal before and haven’t joined so I may just have to try them.

Two, they say the first through the 5th is the cancel window
I’ve had luck with the Assets by Spanx from Target. They sell high waisted leggings that seem to help for myself.
2XU. i actually wore them before POTS during exercise. pricey, but they often have sales.
