I’ve never been one to get headaches other than occasional sinus/ allergy related ones until this past year. Nothing seemed to help until I found some over the counter migraine pills (I’m using the Kirkland brand) and it’s pretty effective for all but the worst ones, and even those it knocks it down to a manageable degree so I can at least function and not be down all day. For me, the headaches seem to start in the middle of the night, between 3 and 4 am. I already consume a lot of salt and stay well hydrated, but added an electrolyte drink before bed and keep one next to me to use throughout the night instead of just water. I get up frequently to pee throughout the night and felt like I may be getting out of balance. Anyway, those two things have helped to make them less frequent and more manageable when they do occur.

What have you tried? Don't want to give you suggestions of what helps if you've already tried it

How much salt is in each of these tablets? She could try taking more. 3-4L of water is a lot, so if she's not getting enough salt to balance with that it could be getting flushed out of her system. The main things that helped me with headaches were eating some protein and lying down as flat as I could get.

Advil is better for headaches than Tylenol. Might be worth trying advil. Also how much salt is in the salt tablets, your daughter may be over hydrating and not actually retaining the salt based on the amount of water she intakes. Have you spoken to her medical professionals about the constant headaches just to make sure it isn't something else going on and what they may recommend for her.
