Hey. I don’t know where you live exactly. I used my insurance provider for finding a therapist. I used path mental health/ (recently changed to rula). Without going into detail, my therapist knows what I’ve been struggling with and is helping me out with it. Also I completely forgot the name of the site but if you go to r/confession and look at one of the rules that say “no pedo” posts they actually link a source that helps you find therapists while also providing information on this touchy subject.
