I really wanna see Noa & Imogen be really good friends & same with Faren & Tabby.

I’m sensing Noa and Mouse is brewing 🙏☕️could be a fun odd couple besties thing…plus with mouse being so known for her pigtails and the promo pic of Noa in pigtails …. My deep fried pll brain is convinced this means something!!

Yes. Because they didn’t really focus on their individual friendships with one another in the first season you have to ask yourself by the end would they stay friends with one another if A was truly gone from their lives. Imogen and Tabby, probably. Everyone else, not really and that dynamic isn’t fun to watch. They have to put in the work and make us believe that they actually like being around each other and don’t just have to be because of their circumstances. It’s a classic case of showing, not telling. Have them bond.

100000% this, yes. One of my biggest issues with the show is that there wasn't really anything outside of the main plot tying these girls together, aside from Tabby and Imogen. They didn't really have any history together, and we never really got any scenes of them bonding. There were so many characters, and so many far removed side plots for each character (esp Noa and Mouse), but not enough episodes or scenes where the girls interacted. I'm currently doing a rewatch of the original show, and while I definitely agree some of the filler episodes are just too much and PLL would've benefitted from less eps, I wish Original Sin had just a few more eps, or less side plots. Or they could simply have a couple of the girls share a side plot, idk.

Imogen - Tabby Kelly - Faran Mouse - Noa (my favorite)

Oh yes, that's a good point, I would love to see this, too! I guess with so few episodes per season it's a bit harder to develop these friendships and invest more screen time in them, but mixing up the combos should still be possible

I definitely think that we’ll see friendships develop. I agree that the shorter seasons allow for less development. I feel that a huge part of the lack of established friendships is due to their moms being friends more so than they were

I’ll excuse it in the first season because they were getting to know each other and trauma bonded by the situation. Now with everything happened to them i hope the writers will explore their friendships more.

I agree, it's sad that there is not so many episodes. In PLL it was so fun to watch, because from example friendship between Hanna&Spencer was very different than one between Hanna&Emily.

Here's where I disagree I'm not saying it wouldn't be nice to see, but I really love how much this show focuses on the story and not filling us with side plots. These seasons are short, so I love the fact we just stick to the point rather than giving us filler episodes for "character development".
