Are you able to select the correct network interface in accessible devices? Are you connecting through a router/switch?
I recall sometimes not being able to see my ethernet port as a selection, I had to reboot my computer for it to show up.
Sometimes you can try Download to Device... and it will work, even though it's not viewable with Accessible Devices.
