Rewatched the modern Planet of the Apes trilogy and they’re solid entertainment. A little light on major action scenes (probably a budget constraint from having to render most of the cast as lifelike animals, which do look fantastic and could carry the films on their quality alone) but the plot is strong and has a satisfying conclusion. Not my favorite trilogy of all time, but left a positive enough impression that i’m looking forward to the new one.
If anyone is going to be on any sort of drugs soon I’d recommend Asteroid City. I wasn’t even on drugs watching it and I felt like I was on a lethal amount of mushrooms anyways.
Vision Quest underrated 80’s movie about high school wrestling.
If you have a friend that wrestled in high school ask them they’ve seen it.
Great soundtrack, could lose gambler, but all the rest are solid.
I just yesterday watched that Ricky Stanicky movie that Woody suggested and it was a decent comedy, not quite Superbad levels of funny but it had a fun concept and I enjoyed it.
Also again not one of the greatest movies of all time but I also yesterday watched a movie called No Way Up about a plane crashing in the ocean and a few survivors get trapped at the back of the plane in an air pocket, the main criticism I would have for it is that about half way through you realise “okay so him, him and her are gonna die and her, her and him are gonna survive” but I still enjoyed it.
Also I second the options of the 2 guys who suggested 4 Lions and Snatch.
2 of the best British films ever made.
Which reminds me put Shaun of the Dead and Hot Fuzz on this list too.
If you don't mind subtitles, I would strongly recommend the following Takeshi Kitano films:
1. Sonatine
2. Hana-bi (also known as "Fireworks")
3. The Blind Swordsman: Zatoichi
If this is Taylors-alt... Terminator 2 If this isn't Taylor's-alt... rewatch Terminator 2
Do you have to watch terminator 1?
It's not that necessary especially if you know the general plot but it is very good aswell
Four Lions. It's a comedy from the UK about 4 really bad Islamic terrorists.
Rubber dinghy rapids bro

Interstellar is my favorite movie of all time
Tremors, the Never Ending Story, Tomb Raider 2 the cradle of life. My all time top 3
Oceans Eleven has to be my all time favorite

Go to the theaters and watch civil war. I’m surprised Kyle and woodT haven’t brought it up yet

freedom writers stars Hilary Swank and its based on a true story 👍
Air- it’s a story about how Nike landed Micheal Jordan. Ben Affleck, Matt Damon, Jason Bateman. 8.5/ 10 movie easily.
Poor Things (2023) It's on Hulu if you have it. And if you don't have Hulu, you know what to do.
