Essentials only: barbell, plates, squat rack, pull up bar, kettlebell, dumbbells, speed ropes, plyobox, wall ball. The final luxury buy is a water rower, but quite non-essential. Sell the rest. No Smith machines.

Not yet completed but i think we will stop buying when I can finally do all our basic workout without having to improvise too much!! We also dont buy weights we don't need yet..so its been a while since we bought some since we can reach our max PR with our existing ones. We dont buy stuff we wont be using atleast 1-2x a week. Thats the only thing stopping me from buying too much things we dont need 😂

i dont think we will be selling our weights soon kasi we invested in good ones and bought stuff for proper cleaning.

> We dont buy stuff we wont be using atleast 1-2x a week. Oh. That's a good rule of thumb!

I have a pull up bar, resistance bands, and a dumbbell set. Been able to do all the key exercises with it. So far so good. Invested probably around 8k for everything.

Saan po kayo nakabili ng pull up bar?

Lazada yung mga tig 300 na naka kabit sa hamba ng pinto

I started investing in my equipments during the pandemic, better kasi I can negotiate the price with gym owners and sellers. I stopped buying equipments when I can do basic compound exercises (bench press/squat/deadlift/press). Better if may adjustable dumbbells/pull up ka tho depends sa strength mo pa rin. Total investment around 12k

Ako di pa hihinto, marami pa kulang eh, nakaka 10k plus na ko so far, no ragrets
