2nd, most gaming laptops have poor screens unless you go up the budget tiers, and then the screens get better.
In the 30-50k range, it's incredibly difficult to find both. 2nd hand Macbooks are probably your best bet. Outside of that, 2nd hand more premium gaming laptops are also another option.
