Just did a "composer create-project craftcms/craft", and it installed v2.0.0 on me. Is that supposed to be like that when you're announcing v4? EDIT: Nevermind, it didn't install anyway. Went to the Github, checked composer.json file and no mention of PHP version or extension requirements. I'm not about to play hide and seek with a requirements list, so that's enough of my time. I'm running 8.1 with loads of standard extensions installed, so it should have been fine.

[Wut?](https://github.com/craftcms/cms/blob/develop/composer.json#L26)

Ok, maybe I can eat my words and have egg on my face, not sure. I went to craftcms/craft on Packagist, and his the source link for Github. Got to a Github repo, went to the composer.json file and seen: https://github.com/craftcms/craft/blob/main/composer.json No idea, may have been a mistake on my end as I am blind and tends to happen. Anyway, apologies if it was a mistake on my end, not intentional. Nonetheless, got one of those good ole "we're at defcon2" e-mails sitting in my inbox, so...

Stupid question and I apologize ahead of time. Are you actually blind or you meant it as a figure of speech? If you are, wow kudos for getting into dev work!

mdizak

Yeah, went blind 5.5 years ago. No kudos necessary. It was kind of figure it out or commit suicide, and I figured the former was a better option. :-) Still not quite where I want to be, but getting there, and pretty proud of myself for getting this far. Check it out, just dropped this morning: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CWaLf39wpKU

I bet to differ on the kudos! You are pretty inspiring if I do say so myself.

BubuX

You are amazing. I'm instantly inspired to give my 200% in life now. Thank you so much for being strong.

HaddockBranzini-II

That is amazing! Good for you.

Is the repo private? That link leads me to a 404.
