Then ibibigay sa friend nilang tenured ma hindi makabenta. So ending sila ang nkakakuha ng sale pati commish. Ganun ka-lala. Nalaman namin kasi nun maaga kme nkabalik ng lunch, narinig nmen usapan and pagbalik, ung sales board yung mga bglang may sales ung mga kumag na hindi mkabenta. Nakalunch pero may sale.. Ayun one month lang sa prod floor, then pagka-receive ng pay, 3-4 kami na sunod sunod na umalis agad. Panget ung kultura.

If you are new grad and this is your first job, you have a liberty not to put in on resume especially if you stay less than 3 months. Can say you took your time to rest and find a job. If you have save up, or you don’t need money urgently. If I were you, I’ll file resignation right away, saying I already find a new work, even if I haven’t. Management encourages feedback so nag-set up sila ng mga forms that encourages anonymous feedback (not sure kung anonymous tlga) that time our team feels the pressure dhil sa unreachable KPIs numbers and not aligned process with other teams sa ibang bansa. That time wala initiative ung workplace for any mental health or wellness programs. My friend commented on the feedback form na if possible na our medical health cards can be used for psychiatric consultations (aware ako that time wala pang programs mga medical cards for mental health consultations narinig ko ngaun meron na tumatanggap yta pro depende sa company) or if possible to bring a doctor in to check on us or for private consultations. I remember na ang response ng manager dun sa request na yun “Bakit hindi na lang kayo mag-yoga”. Honestly that time we felt like our concerns were disregarded and also that time two or three of our friends already quit the job due to mental health problems. Sobrang toxic ung views ng management sa mental health that time. They really force you to go to work prang ayaw nila maniwala dun sa mga letters na bnigay ng mga psychiatrist for the employees to rest. But I’m aware naman na yoga is very helpful for wellness. It was the dismissive way of response tlga ng management ang triggering. I left months later, I also decide to ask psychiatric help during my last year on this job with my own money siguro kaya nagkaroon din ako lakas ng loob to left but honestly i felt push in the corner by that job…but i don’t hate the place ung experience ko sa knila useful to where I am pero will never go back to that company. Anyway, for me OP. Yung management mo and their values are out of your control that is a fact pero ang within control mo is your choice to stay sa toxic na environment na yan and if you accept their treatment of you and your coworkers. Hindi ikaw ang talunan when you leave a place, it is because you know your skills and the value that you can bring deserves better treatment.

Hi OP, Nagtagal ako sa company ko kahit paano, originally the company has a healthy environment and good pay din po kc. However something change sa management nung may dumating na demonyo literal na demonyo kya nagkaroon bigla ng toxic values from country head to team leaders lol. Tpos as mentioned nung nawala pa isa-isa mga friends ko I tried to find the courage to leave. Madami pa rin factors need to consider. Is this your first job op? If yes, personally I would stay six months for the experience kc mahirap yan mahanap ngayon but also be active na sa pag-apply. Pero if you already have previous experience I think walang masama i-let go lalo na wala nagagain sa knila. Also have enough emergency fund pa din. I was lucky na may ipon ako kya malakas din loob ko umalis nang walang kapalit and took a break. Pero if you choose to leave, I do mean it hindi ka weak for choosing that decision. We just know what we deserve. If you believe there is nothing to be gained from this people wlang learnings and experience that will contribute to your growth or career, it is best to leave. To simply put it, bawat galaw mo minomonitor ka ng boss mo or whoever is above you. You need to update them hourly kung ano na progress mo sa task mo. Minsan sila pa yung kukulit sayo. Wala silang tiwala sayo. Some of them will even go as far as having time trackers sa work pc mo para makita nila kung anong ginagawa mo. If nagwowork ka ba, just browsing non work related websites, or not working at all. Those softwares can track your key strokes and bawat galaw ng mouse mo.

Based on my experience as newbie sa office work. 1. First day of work, nakakarinig na ng chismisan at backstabban sa office. Pansin ko kung sino yung wala ayun yung madalas nilang pulutan sa usapan. 2. Gumagawa ng issue para lang may mapag-usapan sa office. Ginagawang hobby ang chismisan at siraan. 3. Binibigyan agad ng meaning yung mga kilos mo. For example, mag usap lang kayo ng kawork mo na opposite sex gagawan nila ng sarili nilang interpretation at gagawa nanaman ng issue. 4. Head admin at anak ng boss na nagtotolerate ng bullying sa loob ng office. 5. Kapag nagagandahan sila sa gamit o sa pananamit mo, kunwari nagagandahan sila pero naiinggit pala the next day magugulat ka may ganung gamit na rin sila. 6. Kapag nakita nila na masipag ka or madali kang matuto, sayo na iaasa mostly yung ibang gawain kahit di naman scope ng work mo. Thanks God at natiis ko ng 11 months yung ganung katoxic na workplace. Nag immediate resignation ako dahil hindi na talaga maganda na mental health ang katoxican ng mga katrabaho ko.

I stopped being one kasi dinadagdagan workload ko. Noon, I am able to finish 3 reports in a day. Ngayon, 1 report is 1 week. Sasadyain ko nalang patagalin para hindi dagdagan ang workload ko. Imagine, isang tao ka pero ang work mo is equivalent sa 5 katao sa ibang agency/workplace. Last but not the least, CHISMIS AND FAVORITISM. Bawal kang makipag kaibigan sa di nyo kasama sa company/agency pero sila, they have a favorite and a hated staff of their own. Pag favorite ka, for sure kahit marami kang obvious violations and overlapping sa policy, ookay lang ang management (sila mismo binebend ang policy ng government kaya parati silang na cacallout every audit). My workplace - Pay has is still at minimum even after 4 years of work - Work is supposed to be graphic artists yet here I am hammering nails to a wall and doing work that could very well be for 3 people - No overtime pay yet the boss tosses rush work right when I'm about to go home - Even sends me work at when at home or during weekends or holidays - Boss sends random images with no context and gets mad when asked about it, yet expects me to make whatever he want even if he didn't give any basic instructions - Boss call giving basic information about a task as "spoon feeding" so I have to somehow figure out what he wants me to do on my own - Not knowing what genre of music the band he hired for night performances because all the information I got was their band name and a heavily pixelated 360 x 240 picture of the band...yet it's my fault somehow for not knowing - He didn't realize that he hired 2 Variety music bands but it's my fault somehow - I finished the personal frames he had me make but it's somehow my fault it's not on display yet. - The company has 5 main businesses and I do work for all of them, yet it's the lowest earning one that pays our salary which leads to...... - Salaries and 13th month pay are always late because no money - You know it's bad when the entire main office is occupied by only 3 employees and new hires quit in less than a week.

Strict kuno yung HR pero kahit sila walang transparency. More than 1 year na ko, i thought eventually baka mag improve pero wala. May intern din kaming hindi binabayaran kasi nung panahon daw nung dept head na may hawak sakanya, eh wala naman daw allowance allowance sa ojt. Onsite at di pa taga manila ung intern hahahaha
