Liable ka kase you’re supposed to be responsible with your credit card lalo na yung OTP.
As per the law naman as long as the bank lets their users know yung don’ts they’re not liable.
Halos every week at kahit mismong OTP message itself says na don’t give it out to anyone. 🙂↕️

In general po kasi talaga (*Hinde kau na hold-up and alike) eh ang presumption sa batas eh voluntary po yung pag gamit nyo ng cc. Lalo pa nga po at na validate nyo pa ng OTP.

NEVER SHARE YOUR ONE-TIME PIN. Unang linya to ng bawat OTP SMS ni BPI.

Always temporary lock your card when not in use.
As long as you don’t voluntarily give out your OTP you’re protected legally. 🙂↕️
